    They all three look at the door. "Jonathan? Are you there, man? It's...it's Steve! Listen, I just want to talk!" Steve's voice sounds from the other side of the door.  Nancy stands up and walks toward the door. She opens the door a little bit and she peeks her head through the crack in the door.
    "Steve, listen to me." 
    "Hey. Nancy, what--" Steve says. 
    "You need to leave." 
    "I'm not trying to start anything, okay?" 
    "I don't care about that. You need to leave." 
    Steve starts stammering. "No, no, no. Listen, I messed up, okay? I messed...I messed up. Okay? Really. Please. I just want to make things right. Okay? Please. Please..." Steve pauses for a moment. "Hey, what happened to your hand? Is that blood?" 
    "Nothing," Nancy starts stuttering as she talks. "It was an accident." 
    Steve isn't buying it. "Yeah, what's going on?" 
    "Nothing." 
    "Wait a sec. Did he do this to you?" Steve starts pushing the door open while Nancy yells "no". Steve pushes his way in. He stops and looks around, confused.
    "What is...What the..." 
    Jonathan starts walking toward Steve. "You need to get out of here." 
    "What is that smell? Is that...is that gasoline?" 
    Nancy raises a gun at Steve. "Steve, get out." 
    Steve stutters. "Wait. What? What is going on?" 
    "You have five seconds to get out of here." 
    "Okay, is this a joke? Stop. Put the gun down." 
    "I'm doing this for you" The lights begin flickering. 
    Ben grabs the bat with nails in it. "Nancy." Nancy ignores Ben. 
    "Wait. Is this a...What is this?" Steve is going insane. 
    "Nancy," Jonathan says. 
    "Three. Two," Nancy says. 
    "No, no, no! No, no!" Steve yells. 
    "Nancy! The lights!" Ben and Jonathan yell in unison. 
    "It's here," Jonathan says. Nancy walks over to join the other two. Ben has the bat and is ready for the creature. Nancy still has her gun.
    "Wait, what's here?" Steve asks. 
    "Where is it?" Nancy questions. 
    "Where is what? Whoa! Easy with that!" 
    "Where is it?" 
    "I don't know," Jonathan says. 
    "I don't see it," Ben says.
