The Lab

"Hello? Who's there?" Jonathan says. The others walk into view, Ben and Steve are leading them. Ben and Steve see Jonathan and Nancy. 

"Steve?" Nancy questions.

"Ben?" Jonathan says, confused.

"Nancy?" Steve says.

"Jonathan?" Ben says, surprised.

"What are you doing here?" Nancy asks.

"Well, what are you doing here?" Steve responds.

"We're looking for Mike and Will."

Dustin's eyes widen slightly, scared his friends might be in harm's way. "They're not in there, are they?"

"We're not sure," Nancy says.

"Why?" Jonathan questions. Another screech is heard from inside the building. All of their eyes are locked on the lab, fearing the worst. They begin to talk, arguing. 

. ⋅ ˚̣- : ✧ : – ⭒ ⊹ ⭒ – : ✧ : -˚̣⋅ .

Suddenly, the lights flicker on in the lab. The lights catch Nancy's eyes. She pushes out of the group. "The power's back."

Everyone looks at the lab and then they run for the gate control. Jonathan begins rapidly hitting the button, but the gate remains closed.

"Let me try," Dustin says, trying to force his way past Jonathan.

"Hang on-" Jonathan says before getting cut off by Dustin.

"Let me try, Jonathan!" Dustin starts trying and the gate opens.

"All right. Nancy, let's go." Jonathan and Nancy hurry to Jonathan's car. They drive toward the lab.

. ⋅ ˚̣- : ✧ : – ⭒ ⊹ ⭒ – : ✧ : -˚̣⋅ .

A few minutes have passed when Ben spots headlights. "Move out of the way!" Everyone moves to one side. They watch as Jonathan's car drives past them. Hopper stops his car right in front of them.

"Let's go," Hopper yells. The group all quickly get into Hopper's car. He then drives to the Byers' house.
