Little note to anyone who's weird, as the title says, this chapter mentions periods. Now, if anyone has a problem with human development, or is immature about it, we can have the Teacher give you a little lesson on the fact it is a normal part of life. It's blood. Everyone bleeds. Get over it.
The board was slippery with rain, and while Six scurried across and jumped into a window, my feet slipped from under me. I let out a stifled cry, closing my eyes and waiting to fall before something wrapped around me. I peeked open my eyes and was at eye level with Mono's shirt.

"Be careful!" He said, setting me in front of him on the board. "Eh... yeah.... thanks, Mono." I said, my face strangely warm. Is this rain making me sick? Or maybe it was something with all the organs earlier? Eight, my face feels tingly, amd so does my stomach, I DON'T LIKE IT! I thought, slipping into a room with a piano attached to a rope.

I went to a winch and tried to move it. Of course the piano was stupidly heavy. "Son of a-" My grip slipped from the handle and my ribs hit the metal, making he groan. Mono came over and helped me turn the crank, and we did a three count before dropping it, almost crushing Six. The piano stuck into the floor, but it didn't have the desired effect. With calamitous discord we climbed onto the piano and jumped in unison, making the instrument fall through.

When the dust cleared my eyes darted around. Okay, for a second I thought the piano got the victory here. We boosted Mono up a window and I peered through a door, seeing a bully dissecting a frog with a key... and the only weapon was behind him. "Six, dance on the piano." I said, and she walked across the keys. The bully ran towards the door and Mono got the key and the pipe, crashing it into the Bullies head. I gave a little cheer before my nose itched. The dusty floor was taking its revenge for sending a piano through it.

I sneezed and felt an awful and familiar feeling. "Not now!" I hissed. Why?.... Six lifted the door up and Mono crawled under, looking at me strangely. "Are you okay, Thirteen?" He asked. "Just fucking peachy, Mono." I stated, feeling cramps already.

Mono unlocked the door a d we marched wearily through the halls. We saw a bully scribbling on the floor amd Mono went over to the hammer before Six killed it with her bare hands.

I was tired, I was hungry, my body was rebelling against me, amd I think Six just made every Bully in this building wet themselves. I wanted a break from the threats and the danger. "Can we rest soon?" I asked Mono and Six. "Of course, Thirteen, we just have to get out of the school first."

Piano music got louder and louder as we climbed a flight of stairs and Six boosted Mono up. He got to the vent and pushed a box down to let us up. Back into the vents. When we got out we climbed down the bookshelves while Six hung back. We moved when Maggie played the piano, cranking a winch to lower a piece of metal for Six to run across. We pulled a stool to a drawer and climbed back up, going across the metal.

The vent opened with a scream, which was echoed by the Teacher as she hit a ton of piano keys at once. We ran through the vents as he head chased us like a 'roided up giraffe, and when we got back outside we slid down a roof, hiding in a dumpster. The Teachers head came into the rain for a moment, and Mono used his body to shield me while Six hid under the lid.

I closed my eyes in terror amd held onto the boy above me, scared of what would happen if the Teacher grabbed him. The head retracted and Mono helped me climb out of the dumpster.. "Thank you. Told you you where a gentleman." I joked to relieve stress. "Any time, M'lady." He said, bowing. We went down a street, and Six be to shiver as we crossed a precarious board. Out of the vents, but into the rain.

"Mono, we need to get somewhere warm soon." I said as Six shivered. "I know, I know, but please help me push this." We closed the lid of a trash can and climbed up, jumping onto a ledge before continuing our journey.

Mono absorbed another shadow child and took a paper boat, putting it in a sewer grate. We got inside and there was a yellow raincoat on the floor. Shivering, Six began to put it on. The lights flickered above us, and a foreboding feeling made me shudder.

Suddenly something war, was placed over me, and I saw Mono placing a silvery grey parka with a fake fur hood on me. It was... comfy. "There. Now we all have jackets." Mono said. "Thanks, Bagboy." I said. I was still uncomfortable, for obvious reasons, but I wasn't freezing to death. In fact, my face was burning again as Mono helped me by zipping the parka up, like I couldn’t do it myself.
