Sam flinched at the pain on his chest and everywhere, something was undoubtedly wrong, now, Sam could no longer sense Dean or even feel him. Panic built up in his chest as he turned toward Bobby.
“Bobby, what’s going on?” Sam asked. “I can’t feel him anymore, something’s happened!” Sam exclaimed. Bobby tried to calm him down even though he was worried that the reason was because Dean had been brainwashed. But he didn't want Sam to know about that.
"Don't ask me something you don't want to know, Sam." Bobby said. Sam was about to say something when he noticed a loose sheet of paper by one of the doors. Curiously, Sam walked over to it and picked up the piece of paper. But the minute he read it he wasn’t sure if he should be relieved or if he should worry.
“I think I found something,” Sam said. “It’s an address.” Sure enough it turned out to be an address, and after finding handprints all over the house. Sam was able to figure out that Ketch was hiding his brother at this address.
"Sam I know what you're thinking but you shouldn't go there by yourself." Bobby cautioned. But his words had no effect as Sam had already made up his mind. “Right then, I’m going with you, but grab a weapon, we’re probably going to need it,” Bobby walked over to a safe and opened it revealing two handguns and bullets. He pulled out two .45’s and gave one to Sam. “You’ll have to be prepared Sam, Dean’s probably not going to recognize you.”
“I don’t care,” Sam said. “They stole my brother from me and I'm going to get him back.” Bobby nodded his head and together the two left the car junkyard in one of Bobby’s pickup trucks. They drove to the exact location and before them was a large eight bedroom house, it was on a large plot of land and there weren’t other houses around, they were practically in the middle of nowhere. Although it was dim, Sam’s senses were on high alert as he had a sense that Dean was trapped in there somewhere he just had to figure out where.
“Remember what I said boy,” Bobby warned. “Dean won’t recognize you, you must get through to him and if he does try to fight you, you’ll have to be ready to fight back.” Together the two got out of the truck and walked over to the front door.

Ketch stared out the second floor window at the older man and another teenager that he remembered was Dean’s adopted brother. They had no idea what was going to happen and therefore, it gave him the upperhand. Even though Dean was his son, he hoped that Toni hadn’t figured it out yet. Otherwise, it wouldn’t be pretty. Ketch walked out of the room and made his way to the bookshelf in his office where beyond it lay a hidden door. It was time to check on Dean to see if the venom had worked, he pulled the book from the shelf and the hidden door slid open with ease, taking a step into the dark room, Ketch walked downstairs to check on Dean. His son had stopped pounding and screaming to be let out, so it appeared that the venom had worked.
"Son?" Ketch asked.
"Father." Dean responded.
“I assume that you know exactly where your loyalties lie?” Dean nodded but didn't say much since the venom made it impossible to think about anything besides following orders.
"It's you father," Dean responded. "It's only ever been you."
“Just the words I expect from you,” Ketch responded. “But to prove your loyalties, there is one thing you need to take care of, that boy whose family took you away from me, he’s here and he has a gun. You need to get rid of him once and for all. Can I trust you?” Dean nodded and promised to wait so that he could attack Sam by surprise. Ketch was satisfied with his plan and left his son alone, Toni came running up to him to announce that Sam and Bobby had gotten inside. Ketch wasn't bothered by this because he wanted Sam to experience the weapon he had created.
"Shall I kill the older one?" Toni asked.
“Yes,” Ketch said. “Sam can deal with the weapon downstairs, as soon as he finds the hidden room. Bobby is the main threat, if you can eliminate him then that gives us a chance to be a step ahead.”
"I must admit that I'm almost impressed, you've been planning this for awhile," Toni responded. "But I wonder just how long?" She asked. In the back of her mind her thoughts from earlier were still present but agreed to fight alongside him one last time before they went back to hating each other. Bobby caught their attention by cutting the power to the house and the two ran off to go find him.

With Bobby distracting Ketch and whoever else was in the house and also cutting the power it gave Sam a chance to bust into the house and head for the closest place he could think of which was inside of Ketch’s office. He had to hide often to make sure that no one was around the corner before he took off and with the power out, the hidden door had slid open. Sam approached the hidden door and raced down the stairs two at a time, the lights had turned red which gave Sam at least some sort of leeway to see. He arrived at the bottom floor and saw that Dean was lying on a cot unconscious. At first, Sam didn’t think much about it but as soon as he approached his brother something was wrong. Not thinking much about it, he ran over to Dean and shook him.
“De?!” Sam exclaimed. “Dean come on! Please be alive!”
"If you keep shaking me I'm not going to be alive," Dean responded. He woke up instantly and played it off like he was normal. "How did you find me?" He asked. Sam stepped away and sighed with relief.
“Ketch left something behind, this address, plus I knew you were in danger, I couldn’t sit around and let you die from his hands. I'm just glad that we got to you before anything worse happened,” Sam said. “Did they torture you? If they did they’re so dead!”
"Yes in many different ways," Dean responded endlessly staring at the nearby wall. "I was waterboarded and whipped while they laughed at me."
“Well you're safe now, come on let’s go!” Sam grabbed Dean’s wrist and quickly he led Dean out of the hidden room and into Ketch’s office. “We need to be quick, I don’t know how long Bobby can..” Sam turned only for Dean to punch him square in the face and sent him to a nearby table. “Dean! What the hell?!” Sam exclaimed from the debris.
"That's right Sammy," Dean responded showing his true intentions, Sam realized that he should have been more careful since he forgot that Bobby had warned him that Dean could be brainwashed. "I lied to you, which is something I kinda enjoy."
"No Dean what have they done to you?" Sam asked. Dean didn't answer, he just attacked like he was some kind of animal. He went for Sam's throat and shoved him against the wall. Sam's eyes widened but he reacted quickly enough to kick Dean away from him, he gasped for air trying to recover. Dean fell backwards and landed on his back but he recovered quickly standing back up.
"You should have left me in the cell." Dean responded and maybe Sam was dreaming because of his injury but he swore he heard Dean hiss a bit.
"Like hell I should have, you're my brother," Sam answered. The lights began flashing and Sam realized he was running out of time, but also realized that Dean didn't seem to like the light. Combined with the hissing he heard and Dean's behavior, Sam realized that his brother had been poisoned with some kind of snake venom. "Dean you've been poisoned! Snap out of it!"
