Chapter 6 - Dorm

"Mei~ spoil me..." Kiana, who had just come out of the bathroom after washing her face, plopped her head on Mei's lap as she asked her friend to comfort her.

Mei had a bitter smile seeing her friend act like a child. But knowing what her friend had gone through this afternoon, she decided to indulge her for a bit and started stroking her head.

As Kiana enjoyed Mei's gentle hand on her head and soft thighs on her face, her mind couldn't help but wander to what happened this afternoon. To be precise, Glynne's performance this afternoon's match with her. It had definitely made a mark in her mind and wondered if she could copy his movements.

During the time Kiana was distracted with her thoughts, Bronya entered the living room with a game console in her arms. She connected it to the large TV and then plugged it into the power outlet. She then stepped back a bit to check if she missed anything. That was when she remembered something and quickly ran back to her room.

Upon returning, she has a bag full of treats on her hand. Bronya then proceed to spread them on table. Kiana's ears immediately perked up as she immediately turned around. Her eyes immediately lit up seeing the numerous snack on the table. "Woah, that's a lot!"

"Bronya will say this in advance..." Bronya quickly defended her snack. "Bronya would not share this to Kiana-idiotka."

"Oh c'mon now, don't be like that!" Kiana said and got up from Mei's lap. "Right, Mei?"

"That..." Mei widened her eyes in surprise when she got questioned suddenly. She look at her friend and glance over to the snacks. "Uhmm, I can't say I don't agree but I don't think it's a good idea to have some snack right before dinner."

"Fufufu, don't worry Mei, I have a separate stomach for snacks." Kiana proudly exclaimed while puffing her chest.

"What a useless feature."

"Don't call it useless!" Kiana immediately retorted at Bronya's remark.

"Alright you two, stop right there." Mei interject before it could get messy. "I'll be taking a bath so I'll leave you two for now. Try your best to get along while I'm gone, okay?"

"Affirmative."

"Yesshh..."

Mei had a worried look on her face before sighing and left the living room. Seeing the back of the black-haired girl disappear to the door, Kiana and Bronya immediately looked at each other.

"Well then, you heard Mei right?" Kiana asked with a haughty attitude. "You should share some."

"Yes, Bronya heard it."

"Eh?" Kiana let out a surprised voice, not expecting Bronya to easily agree.

She watched the silver-haired little girl rummage to the pile of snacks and picked up a pack full of candy. Naturally, Kiana couldn't hide her excitement upon seeing it.

Though that excitement quickly changed to confusion as Bronya opened the package and grabbed a single piece and handed over to Kiana. Seeing the small piece of candy on her hand, Kiana's shoulder begun to tremble.

"Are you kidding me?!" She retorted and was about to throw down the candy. However, it would be quite a waste so she unwrapped it and put it in her mouth first before throwing the wrapper down to the ground. "What kind of sharing is that?"

"Mei also said that we shouldn't eat much." Bronya argued. "Bronya has calculated that a single piece of candy is enough for Kiana-idiotka."

"T-that..." Kiana was speechless. Unable to hold back her anger any longer, she goes upstairs to her room to grab her controller. She then pointed at Bronya with the said controller right after she came back. "You and me, a match of Homu Fighters! If I win, you give me some."
