Rocky is not Invincible, after all!!

Previously :

Regina got to know of Adheera's plot to kill Rocky by luring Reena out of KGF with the news of her father's death and Rocky took the bait and went after Reena. She sent some of her men to help Rocky while she went towards palace.

Present :

On reaching the palace, she started instructing the maids to prepare 3-4 rooms and have hot water and sterilized linen ready in case of any medical emergency. She gathered the Doctor she had on stand by along with the team of nurses she appointed recently and gave them a heads up. They nodded their heads and went ahead preparing things they might need. She hope Reena is okay and Adheera didn't harm her in pursuit of Rocky.

Here the guards sent by Regina arrived just in time to see Rocky getting shot by Adheera and to hear him boast about how he's sparing his life only so that the people of KGF can experience the same fear they used to have by the mere mention of his name which they seemingly forgot. Adheera turned to them with a confused and questioning look when he saw them approaching. The Aguards around Adheera shifted a little, now more alert on seeing Regina's guards. They knew these are highly advanced trained guards not the riff raff they fought yesterday night. In case of an attack, it'd not be so easy a fight.

Adheera : What are you doing here? Don't tell me she sent you here to save this pathetic excuse of a husband of hers. She should be glad I'm getting him out of her way after the manner in which he married her. Or is she going against the family now for this bastard?

Vishnu : She sent us to make sure that Reena is not harmed between all these fights amongst you men. (Vishnu heard Adheera sparing Rocky's life, so he find no reason to expose his mistress's orders or allegiance.)Adheera shaking his head mockingly, simply nods his head and asks them to take Rocky with them as well and informs them to spread around the word that he's coming to take back his KGF and their empress to make preparations for his welcome. Vishnu simply nods his head before taking his leave.

Regina is speaking with one of the maids inquiring about the preparations but stopped hearing something. She came out hearing cries of the people only to see a large crowd gathered in front of the palace and crying loudly. She cannot see anything at first, but when they move back to make way for someone, the sight in front of her rooted her to the place. Yes, she's anticipatingthat people are going to need medical attention and some might be more critical and made all the necessary preparations. But never in her wildest dreams, did she thought that the person who'll be in need of that emergency medical attention will be Rocky. She thought of all the possibilities from Reena to her guards, but never Rocky. Till she saw him with this bullet wound, she never thought of him as vulnerable. But here he is with a bullet wound on his body at what seems to be quite close to his chest and fighting with death. She came out of her stupor and directed them to the rooms she had got the maids prepared earlier.

Doctor immediately attended Rocky and asked everyone to wait outside. After calming herself down, she inquired Vishnu of what happened. He can only tell her the last few minutes as they reached pretty late. So, she inquired Reena and got to know what took place. She informed Vanaram to close all the ways into KGF. Narachi is going to be in Lock down till further notice. He informed Vishnu to dispatch some guards with supplies for the people they rescued and made sure they are out of sight and safe. He nodded and went ahead to carry out her orders.

That night was a very long one for every one in KGF, especially for Regina. She knew Reena might be in too fragile a state. Her father was killed and now Rocky's is fighting for his life. So she asked Reena to take rest and proceeded to sit in a corner to keep a watch on Rocky. She flinched with every scream Rocky let out. Finally, she cannot hold back herself anymore and moved closer to his bed and sat on it taking his hand in one of hers and the other caressing his face & hairs soothing him whispering that he's okay and not alone. That she's here. Slowly he calmed down and got disturbed when she tried to leave after some time, so she proceeded with her ministrations through out the night and don't know when she herself went to sleep beside him.

In the morning, she's woken up by the maids when the doctor came to check up on him and informed them that he's out of danger now and but needs complete rest with out any stress. She nodded her head and went to inquire of the security with Vanaram. On her way out, she sees Reena coming and asked her to sit with Rocky for some time to which she nods her head and proceeded into the room.
