Shouts of agreement reverberated from all sides hailing both of them that even the dust of KGF itself seemed to be stamped with the names that were being hailed. "Sultan & Empress".

what happened earlier disturbed her to the core. Seeing her name being taken along side Rocky made her feel that she's betraying her family. Like she is insulting their deaths. She can see that Rocky is good for the people of KGF and might slightly understand his reason for what he did but that doesn't mean that she'd have to accept it and resolved to stay away from him.

In the afternoon, she's speaking with ... and was being narrated how the no confidence motion was failed. When she inquired of their involvement, she got to know that they did not had to do anything and described in detail how chacha threatened the MLAs & MPs not to raise their hands unnecessarily. She's still laughing by the time Rocky enters with Chacha in tow and both stopped at the sight of her confusedly. Looking at their expressions, she tried to control her laughter but still could not stop the small chuckles escaping her mouth. She inquires Chacha about his threat jokingly when Rocky's voice interrupted their conversation.

Rocky seeing her laughing dazedly replies: Arey chinna, if you want I can bring them here and threaten them daily for your entertainment.

which caused her to abruptly stop laughing and refused to acknowledge his statement. Rocky is confused seeing her cold behavior. After yesterday's and today's events, he thought that she has started accepting him a little, but looking at her now ignoring him brought him back to square one. Sensing the tension in the room, chacha and others excused themselves and took their leave quickly. Rocky had been very patient when it came to Regina, which is really unheard of from him. But day by day he's loosing hope. He's truly scared that she's never going to accept him. He just need one ray of hope at this point and he's ready to wait as long as required. But he cannot continue like this anymore. He need to clarify things with her. So he turned towards her and asked her what happened. When he got no response, he pulled her hand and asked once again.

Regina : Let me go now.

Rocky : Not until you tell me what happened

Regina : why do you think something happened? Now leave me, I have some work.

Rocky : You were normal till a few minutes back, then what happened all of a sudden, I thought we are out of this ignoring each other's phase?

Regina : Then it's your misunderstanding. I never said otherwise. And why do you think I would ever speak to you on my own free will? It's just for the people so I approached you.

Rocky : Now don't go on about this, you too knew that we are out of that phase and stop acting so indifferent, we both know it is not true.

Regina : Then you need to get out of your own illusions. Truth is it doesn't matter to me whatever you do. I only want some peace and to be left alone. Can't you at least grant me that?

Rocky : Till when? huh? Till when you want to be left alone? How much more time you need to accept me and try to make our marriage work?

As soon as the words left his mouth, he knew he made a blunder. It is too early for him to utter those words.

Regina : what? oh wow.. please tell me you are actually not hoping...(laughing hysterically looking at his face), you really are? (With a look of disbelief). Them let me clarify it, the answer is never. It is never going to happen.

Her words pinched his heart. With folded fists, he continued

Rocky : So what? Are we going to be strangers forever? Ignoring each other outwardly even though pining after each other in our hearts and bearing the pain till eternity?

Regina scoffs : How poetic? Oh please, stop making us sound like some star crossed lovers. Our marriage is a deal. For you a way to obtain KGF, for me it's my way to protect KGF and the people and nothing else. Our marriage is not even registered, so according to law, we are still single. After everything stabilizes here, we can move on and marry whoever we want.

That sent Rocky over the edge, imagining her with someone else. He pulled her to him and held her tightly.

Rocky : If you think I'll ever let you go, then you are clearly mistaken, darling. What did you say, according to law, we are not even married? I do not know all these laws, I only know one thing that in front of the goddess, our marriage happened, and there is no one who can change that? Not you and not even your so called law. But phirbhi, you want to try? The law might not recognize our marriage, but will it ignore a pregnant woman? It'll ask the questions right? Who is the father? (gritting his teeth, bringing her more closer).

Regina with anger: what are you talking about? Are you going to force yourself on me now?

Rocky looking her up & down: You & I both know that I need not force you. If I really want to go ahead, there is nothing stopping me, not even you.

Regina spats : Stop making stupid assumptions and come out of your lala land.

Rocky with anger clouding his eyes : So, you want to marry someone else? You are not at all bothered by my presence? You can resist me right? You do not feel anything for me?

Regina with a firm voice : Yes

Rocky now has a wicked glint in his eye : So whatever I do, it is only on me, you're not going to be affected, right?

Regina with some hesitation not knowing what he is planning to do replied yes.

Rocky smirks : Good to know.
