Zack and Esther

Liam looked at Zayn who was breathing heavily, then at Louis who looked furious, the receptionist who's life was taken, Esther who was happily still bouncing and Zack, who's fingers  brushed the gun against Louis' neck

But time started for Zayn again, before he pulled Liam behind him and raised his hands

"Let them go, I'm who you want"

Esther pouted "But sweetie, we need someone to keep you in line"

Zack smirked "Oh, how about a game?"

Louis rolled his head "Yeah and let's all stand around a circle and sing Ring around the rosie"

Zack hit the side of his head with the gun, Louis hissed then stepped on his foot

"Fuck sake, why did I have to get this one?! he's wiggly!!"

Esther shrugged "Dunno. It's better"

Zack forced a breath then looked at Zayn "Choose who you take with us... Louis over here-" Zack said brushing Louis' jawline with the gun

Esther raised her gun "Or sweet Liam over there"

"Rude how you don't call me sweet, I'm the sweetest" Louis mumbled

Zack gritted his teeth before Zayn rushed out

"LOUIS, leave Liam here and bring Louis with me"

Everyone looked at Zayn, and Louis nodded, but Liam frantically shook his head

"No-"

Zayn turned towards him, making sure not a bit of Liam was visible

Esther's trigger finger would go on a field trip that day

Zayn kissed Liam's forehead then Liam's temple and rubbed Liam's cheeks

"Don't forget me, ok?"

Liam frowned and hugged him
tightly "How could I?"

Zayn smiled then pulled away, talking backwards towards Esther and Zack

Like he wants to treasure the last time he's seeing Liam

Before Esther's hand went on his, touching his face but he never took his eyes off of Liam

She gritted her teeth "STOP LOOKING AT HIM"

She raised her gun, and Zayn's attention was finally drawn away from Liam

Seconds before she shot, Zayn's hand covered and front of the gun, but before anyone could stop her, she fired

And the bullet? It went right through Zayn's hand

Louis cursed, Esther cried, Zack got angry at Esther

But Zayn was looking at his bleeding dripping hand then looked at Liam

Liam shakily nodded, letting Zayn know he's ok, he wanted to run towards him

But the second he took a step, Zack raised his gun

"Sit"

Liam glared at him "I'd rather stand thanks"

Louis huffed "Can you all shut the fuck up?! He clearly needs a hospital and Esther here is doing more harm than good!!"

Esther was holding Zayn's hand and poking around the wound

"I-I hurt you...."

Zayn looked at her "Not the first time" He forced out

She looked at Zack "We have to go"
