Warned against each other from the very beginning can they make it work while keeping it out the public eye how long can they resist temptation to tell the world of their love for each other
My first couple months at city had gone extremely well, I was settling in nicely with the team and the players and was finally starting to feel part of the family.
Things with myself and john where also going very well, he stuck to his word and we have been taking things slow, we have had some lovely dates together and I was just in a happy bubble at the moment.
Lilly had decided to host a bbq at our house today for all our friends we hadn't seen since the England camp and a well needed catchup is needed.
I stood back and admired the decoration myself and Lilly had done in the garden hands on my hips as the sun burned through the skin of my shoulders.
"We have done a sold job here lils" I laughed admiring the work we had put in
"Pretty good init" she laughed as she threw her arm over my shoulder leaning her body weight onto mine
"Now can you go get ready you sweaty mess" she pushed me towards the door as I stumbled slightly
I changed into a summery outfit before sitting down at my dressing table to fix my hair and make up when I heard my door open assuming it was Lilly until I felt two strong arms wrap them selves round my middle pulling me into them as I looked up at John smiling down at me.
"Hey" I looked at him through the mirror
"Hey beautiful" he smiled down before nestling his head between my neck and shoulder leaving soft kissed against my skin
"You good" he asked as I turned round in my seat pulling his face down to mine and kissing his lips softly
"I'm good how are you" I asked as he pulled me into him connecting his lips once again
"I'm good, I have missed you tho" he announced as I spun myself back round, John sat down on the edge of my bed resting back onto his elbows as he watched me Finnish off getting ready.
John stared at me through the mirror the whole time as we caught up with each other, although we worked in the same place we didn't get to spend a lot of time together one on one.
I finally finished my hair and makeup standing from my chair and smoothing out my outfit as I turned to face John who still sat in the same positing staring at me with a small smirk on his face.
"What" I laughed at him
"Nothing... come here" he smiled as I walked towards him
I climbed onto his lap straddling his waist as I leaned down to him connecting our lips as he breathed in deeply, John ran his hands over the small of my back before resting them on my bum as I pulled back sitting up again to look at him.
"Can we just stay here" he smiled looking down at where our body's connected
"I wish but it sounds like we have some guests down stairs"
John rolled his eyes leaning back even further as his back now rested against the bed, I placed my hands on his stomach sliding them up his top until my hands met his shoulders as I kissed him again on the lips this time with more forced as he reached his hands up to the nape of my neck pulling a hand full of my hair into his hand as I pulled back resting my head in the crook of his neck.
"Your killing me here Chlo" he giggled as I felt him vibrate underneath me
"Let's go stones" I laughed standing up from the bed holding the door open for him as he huffed pulling him self up before kissing me on the forehead and making his way down stairs

The house was pretty full and I hadn't realised how long I had taken to get ready, I smiled as the first person I stumbled apon was mason walking out of the kitchen with a beer on his hand
"Chloe" he smiled before pulling me into a tight hug
"Iv missed you Mase" I smiled at him as he let me go shaking hands with John who was standing behind me
We made our way into the garden saying our hellos to everyone until I finally reached Lilly who was standing talking to a couple people from her work
"Chlo you look much better" she laughed
"This is James and Lewis they are part of the training team at Chelsea with me" she told me as both boys pulled me into a quick hug
"We have heard all about you" James smiled
"All good I hope" I laughed at them both
"Of course we heard how well you done with the England team this summer" Lewis smiled down at me he was extremely tall
We stood around chatting for a bit I watched John talking to some of the boys on the seats over the other side of the garden when suddenly Declan walked through the doors with a blonde girl behind him
"Who's that" I whispered to Lilly as she changed her focus to the same direction as me
"That's his girlfriend" Lilly announced
I hadn't seen dec since we came back from Spain and I still had a slight bit of guilt inside me from the kiss we had together even though no one knew about it.
I watched as he greeted the boys looking over and spotting me and Lilly at the other side of the garden
I decided to slowly make my way round the back of everyone and over to where dec had just been trying to avoid him until I had a couple more drinks
"Here she is" John smiled as I walked over to the lads pulling me into his side
"You two are so cute" kyle announce reaching over and squeezing my cheek like I was a baby
"Ew get off me you creep" I swatted his hand away and looked over to phill who was standing beside him
"Hey Phil" I smiled reaching over and hugging him tightly
I looked down at my empty glass letting the boys know I was going to get a refill
"Get me a beer please babe" John asked making my stomach flip slightly at his words
"Any one else" I asked as Kyle nodded his head
I walked into the house heading to the now empty kitchen, I filled my glass with ice and grabbed some beers from the fridge for the boys
"Alright Chlo" dec smiled as he enters the kitchen his girlfriend trailing behind him
"Oh hey dec" I turned smiling at him As he pulled me in for a hug
"This is Lauren" he smiled at her as the blonde made her way over to me also pulling me into a hug
"So nice to meet you" she smiled as i hugged her back staring at dec the whole time
I was relieved she was so nice which assured me she knew nothing of what happened in Spain and I planned to keep it that way
We stood catching up for a couple minutes when I heard the front door open and Jesse lingard and Jack Grealish walked through the door with 2 girls, one I recognised as jacks girl friend and the other I didn't know until I got a proper look at her face.
