1. "Him"

It had passed some time since the whole Vecna shit, all of them were trying to cope with all of it as things went back to normal over time. Steve and Robin were working at the time, Family Video was open even after the "earthquake", almost all stores were closed but Family Video was an especial case, even if they were working at the time they liked to spend the nights at Eddie's or The Wheeler's basement.

   Steve and Eddie grew closer over time, both of them sharing the same traumatic event of being eaten alive by some mutant bats from another dimension, the two young men weren't nothing alike but there was this something that made them click so perfectly. Or that's what Robin and Nancy said. They'd would always tell them they looked like boyfriends, so clingy and sappy, Steve would always shove that away saying that it was bros love

   Steve had known for quite some time now that he liked boys too, it wasn't anything weird or special, only Robin knew tho, If he wanted he could come out to everyone but it was the 80s and he didn't want to deal with homophobes and little white boys calling him the f word, he had enough with dealing with creatures from another dimension.

   The thing here is that, yes he liked boys but he had never in his life dated one or had fallen in love with one until five months ago when he meet the so called Eddie The Freak Munson, oh god, Steve was head over hells for that man, he could stare at him for hours, his body was built perfectly, it was cover with tattoos, pretty ones, he could look at them all day long, his rough yet soft hands were some of his favorite things about him, they were full of shiny silver rings that made him look so fucking hot, some of those things made him fall for that man but those big brown eyes and that curly hair were the things that had him going totally feral.

   But Steve wouldn't say that to Eddie, not even in his wildest dreams, why?, because he was sure Eddie didn't feel the same for him and he was too impossible for him, he didn't want to ruin their friendship either, so he chose not to say anything to him which was kinda stupid based on Robin's opinion

"Steve you're literally so stupid, he obviously likes you, Eddie's hobby is to see your ass"

   Steve was in a limbo, he did trust Robin but at the same time it was an assumption so it wasn't entirely true, but, how would he know it's true if he didn't tell him?

"Rob I'm not gonna ask him, he probably thinks I'm being weird"

   He let out a frustrating sigh and just at that moment the door bell rang, he didn't want to look at the door he was too busy organizing the tapes, but he heard shoes coming directly at the counter so when he looked up he almost threw up

"hello Stevie, missed me?"

   It was Eddie, but they were like 5cm apart, so yes, Steve was definitely going to throw up or maybe he was going to burn because his cheeks were too hot

"hello earth calling steve" he saw him waving a hand in front of him

"uh I'm sorry, hi Eds" Eddie shot him a smirk "Was Steve Harrington checking me out" Eddie asked in a teasingly tone "You wish Munson" yes, he was lying, he was obviously checking him out but he didn't want to admit it to him.

"So what brings you here Eds" he hoped that Eddie would ask him if he wanted to go to his trailer and smoke some weed but he was being to stupid maybe "I came here to ask you if you wanted to have a weed date later" A WEED DATE??? Omg he was asking him on a fucking weed date, a date, date with Eddie Munson, he wasn't dreaming was he?, omg he probably looked stupid, he was looking directly at him without saying anything, keep your posture Steve "Aww you want to ask me on a weed date? What a gentleman Munson" Eddie let out a small breathy laugh "yeah darling, so are you coming?" DARLING??? fucking darling?? Eddie was definitely playing him dirty "I'll be there Munson" he said totally casual as if his cheeks weren't completely red "I'll see you then princess Steve" and he left the store casually after saying that and Steve? Steve was a total flustered mess, he wasn't in his best condition at that moment.

He wasn't prepare for that date even if Eddie meant it like a friendly date, he wanted to look cute and pretty for him, yes, for a boy... kinda tragic, not gonna lie but what can he do?

All he could do was think about his outfit and how his weed date with Eddie was going to be.
