Chapter 35

(Saturday, 2nd July)

It has been over 2 weeks since both of their anniversaries and they all had the best day ever!

Finally the summer has came and It's summer break, time to relax for 3 months.

Finn honestly cannot wait to spend more and more time with Piper as they've been super busy over the whole school year and with her dad.

But summer break would be a good time to propose to Piper.

No Finn don't do this.

It's a terrible time! Both of them are only 19 right now.

Finn wakes up and turns over to Piper and hears her heavily breathing so she still must be sleeping, which is reliable because her and Amy celebrated her getting into The University Of Winnipeg last night and didn't end up going to bed around 2am.

Of course Piper felt bad telling her but she was over the moon with the news.

She is so drained out.

He opens his phone and stares at the screen for a moment.

The last lockscreen he had of Piper and him it was a photo of them on a date before lockdown happened.

And now it was a photo he took as soon Piper woke up.

Piper giggling as her head is resting on his shoulder.

Finn still has to actually hit himself that he finally got his dream girl, he couldn't be more grateful for anything in his entire life.

He probably changes that lock screen like every week.

And the home screen is of him and Piper cuddling up together, Henry took a photo of this the other week, they were watching a movie all together and she feel asleep on him as he dozed off.

He gets out of bed and lets Piper sleep as he throws a old dirty t- shirt and walks tiredly into the kitchen and sees his best mate.

"Yo mate." Henry says as he's holding his first tea of the day.

"What's up?" Finn yawns.

He shakes his friends hand doing their handshake they've had ever since they been mates for, probably back in 2017.

Finn open the cupboard and tries to find something to eat as he's not overally hungry this morning and isn't bothered.

Then finds some chocolate brioche rolls which are literally elite!

"Oh my god, when did yous buy this chocolate rolls? I haven't ate this for like feels forever! I was probably like 16 last time I ate these bad boys." Finn admires the chocolate rolls.

Henry turns to him as he closes the fridge as he's putting the milk away.

"Like the other day." He said.

"Me and Ames went to Target the other day while you were with Piper."

He nods.

"Oh yes!" Finn exclaims.

Henry turns around the room and checks for something or someone..

"Speaking of Piper where is she?" He asks him.

"Amy and Pipes had a celebration last night of her getting into the university and they stayed up to literally 2am! I obviously didn't hear her come into bed last night because she's learnt I'm a really deep sleeper apparently." Finn chuckles as he eats another round of the chocolate rolls.

"Piper's still asleep?" Henry asks.

"Yeah, she seems to be more tired than usual."

"Mate It's like 11:30 she never sleeps in oh my god!" Henry says surprisingly.
