Chapter 9

Wednesday, 1st December.

Piper's POV

It is finally the best season of the year, and is Christmas month. I have been waiting for this for ages and I cannot beileve it has came this is going to be the best Christmas ever.

Obviously my family aren't going to be with me but when I was younger and in my early teens I always had a thought of maybe living with my best friends in a apartment and now I'm living with my best friends and my boyfriend, now here's the chance to have the most tremendous holiday season ever ❄

I am finishing off with my last piece of work of the week and then tomorrow we are all going to put the Christmas tree together, I'm so excited.

So after I finish with all my work Amy and I are going to go to the shopping market and buy a Christmas tree because we have no tree, my family only has one so hopefully we will find a nice one to put up tomorrow.

Amy suddenly opens the door and skips In and sits on the side of my bed as I am lying with my laptop on my lap as I'm lying on the bed.

"Hey, are you ready to go" She lies on the bed peacefully.

I chuckle.

"Oh my aimes, you think I work like I'm a professional!" I say.

"Well you've been working since after lunch" Amy laughs patting on her leg.

I take a deep breath. "Oh I was taking a break looking at some Christmas trees half an hour ago, as the boys won't get off their ass and buy a Christmas tree" I say as I roll my eyes.

"Haha I know they will never do anything"

"I'm nearly...almost...DONE!" I say as I close my laptop and put in my drawer.

I slip my trainers on and put my furry coat on as me and Amy tell the boys we're leaving.

"Boys, were leaving just getting some stuff" She says as her hand is leaning on mine.

They don't really say anything as they are playing on the new game that Henry got finn. "Okay bye" is all they said and continued on the game as we nodded and left.

We both giggled and left the house as we closed the door and went into Amy's car.

After a long time travelling and all of the traffic jams we finally got there, I was just thinking we could go to our local shopping centre but no Amy decided to go down the road from a few hours away.

That was definitely a bad idea.

We walk into one big shopping centre and go into the big Christmas shop and when you walk in you see loads of Christmas decorations and LED lights and more.

But what you see more is Christmas trees!

And it's magical ✨

"Woww!" She says in shock.

"This looks magnificent" I say as I walk over to one that has one lit up with incredible lights, the tree is just amazing it has everything.

But the thing is its just too expensive..

But its really nice.

"Mhmm it's actually really fantastic but aimes it's too expensive" I give her a disappointing look.

"I know" She says.

We look at the gorgeous tree as one of the staff comes over to us.

"Its pretty huh" She says to us, staring at the tree glamorous.

"Yes its so gorgeous but it's over $500 and I still need to get more Christmas presents for my family, friends and my boyfriend so I don't think we be able to buy it"

She looks at us.

"Why don't I give you at a less expensive price?"

She nods.

"How much" I ask.

"$250?"

"Omg that would be great we will take it!" I squeal.

She smiles at us and helps us with the tree as we pay for it and helps I to the car.

It's finally in the car and we're ready to go home.

"Amy I'm so excited we've finally got a tree for this Christmas!" I scream.

She squeals in excitement. "Yesss I'm overjoyed"

"I bet we will be the only ones Decorating the Christmas tree because you know what the boys are like" I chuckle.

"Yes definitely!"

We enter into our town and feel exhausted and i see Starbucks which I need right now.

"You wanna a Starbucks?" She says to me knowing what is going in my brain.

"Of course! You are the bestest friend knowing when I want it" I smile.

After we drink our Starbucks we finally drive the way home, exhausted as I sleep the whole way home as I am that tired and will have a nice rest after shopping all day.

As soon I got home I immediately saw Finn and Henry still playing the game STILL?

I walked slowly into mine and Finns room and dropped my body onto the bed.

Sorry this is such a small chapter I've just finished for Christmas yesterday so I will probably be  writing a lot as next chapter will be the Christmas chapter!! Happy holidays 🤍🎅
