Pinn and Hamy in lockdown💖

Chapter 24

(Monday, 4th April)

It has been over a month since Piper's accident, and we all are trying to do now is to stay in the house and stay safe, and going by the parent guidelines from the news and schools.

She has been getting a lot better from the accident, the pain is getting a lot better but the foot is a issue, it's not getting better at all but everything else is healing.

He woke up at around 9am which is unusual for him as Finn always makes a excuse to sleep in.

Finn throws a dirty t-shirt and walks into the living room and sits at the edge of the sofa.

"Hey Doc, could I talk to you" Finn says as he stretches his arms out.

"Yes of course! Is Piper doing okay, what's the matter?"

He sighs.

"I don't really know, she has healed completely everywhere but except her ankle, Piper doesn't uses the crutches anymore because she isn't limping anymore, what I realised she has been in a lot of pain over her ankle and it hasn't improved in the past week. I don't know what to do" Finn says nervously.

"Okay um well, I have never heard about this before but just tell her to stay in bed until that foot heals because its just getting worse if she keeps walking on it" He advices him.

Finn nods. "Thank you"

"And keep on taking those antibiotics."

"I will and thank you so much" Finn says and hangs up.

He rests his head on the top of the sofa as Piper limps in and see what happened.

She looks at her boyfriend confused. "Babe, what happened, why were you on the phone at 9am" Piper questions.

"Well since your ankle wasn't getting any better, I decided to call the doctor because I was panicking a bit" He says.

"You don't have to be worried Finn, I got hit by a car I had to pay for the consequences, but it will heal in some time" She says and hugs him.

"I know, I just miss the Piper who used to dance in the house at the start of lockdown." Finn says as he rests his head on top of her head.

She sighs.

"Me too" Piper says.

She looks at her boyfriend as she smiles at him.

"Anyways, my dad is getting a test done to see if he is improving, so yea I should find out the results in the next couple days" Piper says anxiously.

He lifts her chin up.

"Pipes, we all know your dad, he is going to get though this" Finn says.

"What would I do without you, I love you" Piper smiles.

"I love you too" He kisses her softly.

Whatever the results are, Piper and Finn are happily together and nothing can come between them. Just them both no one else.
