Chapter 13

(Monday, 10th January)

It has been an amazing Christmas for everyone for the past week and spending it with their best friends was extraordinary.

But now it's back to the home-schooling again and back in the routine, but since Piper's dad got sent into hospital last week it has really hit home for her. But her boyfriend has been so supportive during these times.

He has been to the hospital with her when James is busy with Lea and can't go, but they've decided to go once every other week. So Piper will go this week and James next week so Finn gets to go with her.

"Hey!" Finn comes into his and Piper's room and kisses her cheek softly as he sits on the bed beside her.

She feels a sense of nerves as he sits next to her, as she hasn't told Finn about her future.

"Oohh there is a new Tv show on Netflix" Finn says, replying to a text on a group chat with Ozzy and Heath.

"Ozzy and Heath said it's amazing!"

"What's it called?" Piper asks.

He looks at his phone, "Stranger Things"

"They took a while to get this show to a season 3"

"Yea of course! Summer has watched it, she says it's really good" She smiles.

He sits up and throws a hoddie on over his T-shirt as it is getting really cold in Canada.

Finn looks up at Piper concerned by the look on her face with her head down looking confused. He puts his hand on her shoulder comforting his girlfriend.

"Hey, you okay?" Finn asks as she puts on a weak smile.

"Yeah I'm fine" She smiles at her boyfriend.

Piper rests her hand on him.

"Babe, you don't have to make sure I'm okay just because my dad is in hospital, yeah it's hard but I've got my friends and Family through this" She says.

"Pipes I know this is a hard time your going through and I'm here for you always I love you so much" Finn says and runs his hands through her hair, planting kisses on her lips. Pulling the ends of her hair.

She sighs deeply.

"I love you so much"

She wraps her arms around his waist and he nods.

"No I do" He smiles

Amy is laying on the couch watching one of her favourite show ever, Outer Banks as it comes to the end of the episode as her best friend jumps on the sofa next to her.

"Aimes I need advice!" Piper blurts out.

She looks shocked as they had their conversation a few days ago and she thought that Piper told him.

"Whatt you haven't told him yet! Why?" Amy turns around to her best friend.

"No I haven't I just can't get the words out, it looks so much harder than it looks like" Piper sighs and rest her arm on the couch.

Amy looks at her.

"Piper..I know it's hard I never thought I would ever have the talk with Henry but ever since it we have been strong with each other and I can fully trust him with anything, I know after it you'll feel amazing it's off your chest" She says to her best friend.

Piper hugs her best friend.

"Hopefully! I love you" Piper smiles.

A big smile comes from her face.
