It has been a couple of years and the two have gotten used to it every day. Five grew old along with Y/N who still looked beautiful in his eyes, he may not admit it but Five has now feeling for her. He just couldn't tell her, he tried practicing it with Delores, and Delores supported him every step of the way but he always stuttered and ended up talking about something else.

Y/N never expected his life to be like this, that was probably why sometimes he was so serious with his work in the Commission. She knew this version of Five was already in love with her but she wanted the two of them to confess their feelings together at the right time. The original time when Five said those words to her and gladly returned it.

"Why are you looking at me like that?" Y/N chuckled "So you remember that, uh, little mansion just outside the city limits?" he asked and she slightly nodded.

"Where we—" he said but she immediately hit his arm playfully causing Five to smirk when he saw her cheeks go red, remembering their first kiss. "Yeah, well, it turns out the wine cellar was untouched. Picked up a few cases of your favorite Bordeaux." he continued before drinking his wine

"I don't really think you should drink much, Five." Y/N said

"I already told him he drinks too much. But he wouldn't listen." Delores added

"Ah, that's an exaggeration. I don't drink too much." Five objected "You know, I work hard all day. I–" he added, "Yeah, you work hard while drinking." Y/N interrupted. Five scoffed, "Why would you even say that?"

She was about to reply but Five instantly grab his sniper and point it at a woman who looked rather familiar to Y/N. Based on her white curly hair and black leather coat paired with a hat and sunglasses, a briefcase in her hand, Y/N remembered her instantly.

Five pushed Y/N a little to his side to protect her while holding firmly at the gun. The woman did a little wave of what caused Five to lower the gun but point it again.

"Who the hell are you?!" Five shouted

"I'm here to help." she simply answered before walking toward them

"Tell me why I shouldn't put a bullet through your head right now!" he only replied "Because... if you did, you wouldn't hear the offer I'm about to make you." she answered while placing the briefcase down and taking off her sunglasses while Five still pointing a gun at her.

"Which would be rather tragic, given your... current circumstances." she added before sitting down on a big rock, crossing her legs. "I work for an organization called the Commission. We are tasked with the preservation of the time continuum through manipulation and removals." she explained, grabbing a pack of cigarettes and looking at Y/N.

"I don't understand." Five said

"Sometimes, people make choices that alter time. Free will, don't get me started. When that happens, we dispatch one of our agents to... eliminate the threat." she discussed causing Five to immediately point the gun at her again.

"No, no, no, no." the woman chuckled "You misunderstand me. You two are not a target." she added.

"The both of you are recruits."

"I've come to offer you a job, Number Five and Y/N. We've had our eye on you for quite some time, and we think the two of you have a lot of potential." she said "Your survival skills have made you quite celebrities back at the headquarters. That and your ability to jump through time." she added before smoking, not including Y/N since she doesn't use her powers ever since.

Y/N rolled her eyes, knowing that no people can gain information about her since Five fixed it himself when they became together. She also knew she could dress better than The Handler.
