34 | The end of something

"The FBI believes they may have been acting in concert with the alleged shooter, Lee Harvey Oswald, Vanya, Hargreeves, wanted in connection with the deaths of several FBI agents inside the federal building at Dealey Pizza." the host said while showing a picture of Vanya on the screen.

"A Cuban exile known only as Diego... who recently escaped from the Holbrook Sanitarium. A bare-knuckle boxer with suspected Mafia ties who fights under the alias 'King Kong'. Allison Chestnut, a Negro radical responsible for instigating and organizing the recent riots at Stadtler's lunch counter." he continued causing Allison to scoff when they said her name.

"Klaus, the controversial cult leader and known tax evader. The FBI is asking the public to be on the lookout for this unidentified boy, who they believe is being held hostage by the suspected terrorist network."

"Well, it's true." Five commented and they all looked at him, "I do feel like I'm being held hostage most days."

"And finally, Y/N Gussman, who is also believed to be a trained spy, some say a member of the mafia. Beware of her angelic features and the FBI would like to remind you to beware of trusting children like her." the host announced showing a picture of her walking with a headscarf and sunglasses.

"Wait, I kinda look good in that photograph. Where did they get that?" she asked while all of their photographs were placed on the screen.

"God, I hate that photo." Diego said "They're saying I instigated the riot? That's unbelievable." Allison scoffed, "Look, the good news is that we restored the timeline and we stopped doomsday. So-" Luther said.

"Yeah, a bunch of real goddamn heroes. We let Kennedy die." Diego cutted "Yeah, and now we're officially the most wanted people in the world. The FBI is after us, the Dallas police, the Secret Service." Allison said, "It's only a matter of time before they hunt us down here."

"Well, where are we supposed to go?" Vanya asked.

"I have this yurt just outside the Reykjavik. We could totally lay low there." Klaus suggested, "Folks there are a little weird, but lovely."

"Hey, numbnuts." Five called causing Klaus to look back, "Hiding's not gonna make a difference here. The Commission will hunt us down wherever and whenever we go." he added.

"That's right. They'll never stop." Diego agreed "I'm sorry, since when are you an expert on the Commission?" Five asked, "Since I got back from there." Diego answered.

"What?"

"Yeah, they headhunted me, and offered me a job. Full-time with benefits, which I had to turn down when Y/N told me my life will only become more miserable." Diego explained.

Five frowned and looked at the girl who was sitting on the stairs, hugging her knees while laying her chin on top of it. "Y/N?" Five questioned and looked at the girl who did not say anything, "Bumped into each other. Except she faked her name." Diego cleared for him.

"Why would you fake your name?" Five asked the girl and sat beside her, "I didn't know him yet. What do you expect me to do?" she exclaimed while tugging on older Five's blazer "Okay, okay. You don't have to be so aggressive." Five said and surrendered his hands.

"Wait, they headhunted you... the village idiot." Five said "What? Am I not allowed to be headhunted?" Diego asked, looking offended, "Only the almighty Five needs to be in demand?"

"Diego, you're not Commission material, all right? Got an obstinate nature to you." Five explained "Who do you think it was that figured out Vanya was the one that causes doomsday and stopped it? Me." Diego argued.
