They left the restaurant after a while and Five still wasn't over how Y/N discovered her abilities. Her answer was too short, even for Reginald. "So, what's this deal that you don't wanna make?" she asked while sitting in the back of the taxi and Five sighed, "You'll know when we get there."

She noticed she interrupted his deep thoughts seeing his elbow laying on the window while rubbing his fingers together while thinking. So she laid her back on the seat and let him finish his thoughts.

"You never told me anything..." he suddenly said after a moment of silence causing her to look at him.

"Told you what?"

"About you. Your family, friends, how you got that sickness of yours. Hell, I don't even know your birthday." Five softly scoffed.

'Well, this is not good.' she thought. "What are you hiding?" he asked sternly before looking at her, "Hiding?! After all these years we've been together this is where you'll get suspicious of me?" she whisper-hiss.

"I'm not being suspicious of you. All I want is a bit of story time from you because every time I ask you, you always avoid it like it's some kind of a disease." he whisper-hiss back and caught the driver looking at them in the rear-view mirror from time to time.

"I told you a thousand times, didn't I? Shall I repeat it for you again? I was raised in a fucking hospital, you twat. I don't have anyone." she hissed, "And for the record, I have never avoided such questions. What story do you want to hear when I said I was raised in a fucking hospital? My medications and how I see people dying every day?"

And with that, his eyes slowly soften especially when he saw the watch glow seeing her heartbeat close to beeping. She took deep breaths, her guilt washing away once again from the lies she told him.

The car stopped in front of a hotel and the girl paid the driver before going outside. Five only remained quiet but proper enough to know that she was hurt inside so he grabbed her hand and pulled her into a tight hug.

"I'm sorry, my darling." he whispered while burying his face in her neck, so glad that no one was there since it was late. She sighed, how could she not forgive him? She's the one who should be apologizing.

"It's okay. So, mind telling me why we're in a hotel?" she asked to change to subject.

The two arrived at a room as Five knocked, the doors immediately opening and seeing a familiar woman causing Y/N to widen her eyes, "She's still alive?" she exclaimed

"Ah! Just in time for a nightcap. And yes, Y/N, I'm still pretty much alive. Disappointed?" The Handler asked before preparing a cocktail for them.

"To see you? Always." the girl faked a smile and looked around the room to find signs of her daughter.

The two entered the room and Five closed the doors while The Handler lit a cigarette before giving Y/N a drink but she shook her head, thinking that it has another tracker in it.

"To be clear, I take out the board— you get me and my family home. No more doomsday, no more apocalypse. Is that correct?" Five cleared. "What do you mean take out the board? Don't tell me you meant–" she asked and slowly backed away, "We don't have a choice, Y/N. There's no other plan to choose from." Five said and held her arm.

"I don't get it. Why do we need to kill those people for her?" she asked and looked at The Handler in disgust who was laying on the bed. "Because I'm your last option. And that's the deal." The Handler butted with a grin, before exhaling the smoke.
