She slowly wakes up only to see Five sitting on the edge of the bed talking to Luther, "When's it supposed to happen? This...apocalypse." he asked, "I can't give you the exact hour, but from what I could gather we only have four days left." Five answered.

"Why didn't you say something sooner?" Luther asked "It wouldn't have mattered." Y/N mumbled as she sat beside Five, "Of course, it would." he objected, "We could've banded it together and helped you try to stop this thing." Luther added.

"For the record, you've already tried."

"What do you mean?"

"We found all of you. Your bodies." Five answered and lowered his head, the memory playing in his head "We die?" Luther asked, "Horribly." she replied "You were together, trying to stop whoever it was that ends the world." he explained, "Well, how do you know that?" Luther questioned.

Five grabbed the eye from his pocket and passed it to Luther which he examined, "This was clutched in your dead hand when I found you. Must've ripped it out of their head right before you went down." Five explained "Whose head?" Luther asked, "Like I said, I don't know."

"Well, there's a serial number on the back. Then maybe you could try—" Luther suggested "No, that's a dead end." Five cutted, "It's just another hunk of glass." he added and Luther gave it back to him.

The door suddenly burst open seeing Diego walk into the room, "Piece of shit." he hissed "Do you have any idea what the two of you just did?!" he raised his voice, about to throw a punch at Five but Luther stopped him.

"Nope, let me– get your ape hands off of me!" he groaned, freeing himself from his brother's cage but he was using his power. "I can do this as long as it takes you to calm down." Luther said and Diego stopped groaning, "Fine."

Luther put him down and looked at his brother sternly, "Now, wanna tell us what you're talking about?" he asked "Our brother and his girlfriend's been pretty busy since they got back." Diego hissed, "They were in the middle of the shoot at Griddy's and then at Gimble Brothers, after the guys in masks attacked the Academy, looking for them." he hissed and pointed at the two.

"None of which is any of your concern." Five replied calmly, "It is now. They just killed my friend." he snapped back which caused Y/N's eyes to soften, the pain in his eyes visible for her to observe that it was a woman and the way his voice broke. They didn't mean to get anybody hurt by saving the world.

Luther turned to the two, "Who are they, Five?" he asked. Five looked at the girl beside him as she nodded, figuring that they should tell them the truth if they needed help. "They work from our former employer. A woman called The Handler." he explained, "She sent them...to stop us." Then, as soon as Diego's friend got in their way, well, fair game." she added.

"And now they're my fair game. And I'm gonna see to it they pay." Diego said in a low voice before walking away "That would be a mistake, Diego. They've killed people far more dangerous than you." Five stopped, "Yeah, we'll see about that." he snapped in a prideful tone before slamming the door.

Y/N also stood up and grabbed her blazer from the chair, "Where are you going?" Five asked "I need air." she sighed heavily before leaving the room.

She felt bad lying to him but she knew it was for the best if she didn't tell him her whole self was a lie. She reached outside and saw a brunette ten-year-old boy in a suit, leaning on the wall while his hands were stuffed in his pockets. "Aw... I was looking forward to seeing your one-year-old self." she teased and walked toward him, "Nice to see you too, Mom." he greeted before pulling out a watch from his pocket, "Bought your watch." he said before wrapping it around her wrist.
