Toh mai uske pass ruka tha aur Monami jaane hi waala thi jab Nikhil ne Monami ko bhi rok liya. Toh hum dono waha hi rukh gaye. Unjaane mai hi Nikhil ne mera haath Monami ke haath ke upar rakh diya. Aur patah nahi kab meri aankh lag gayi. Lekin sach batau uss dinn mujhe pehele baar koi nightmare nahi aaye. Itne salo mai peheli baar mujhe sukoon ki neend mili wohbhi Monami ke wajah se. Monami ne meri zindagi mai wapas sukoon laaya tha.' Karan said.

'Aur uss dinn ke baad dheere dheere mai Monami ke pass jaane unjaane khicta chala gaya. Lekin mai Monami ke liye meri feelings ko lekar denial mai tha. 'Achha Isliye jab Karan sir ne Monu ke baare mai pucha and I said woh apne kisi friend ke wedding ko attend karne gayi hai, unka reaction was shocked unhone toh yeh bhi pucha Monami party mai nahi. I knew something was going on but maine kabhi pucha nahi.' Sid informed them remembering how Karan's mood and face had changed when he said that Monami wouldn't be attending the NYE's party.

'Lekin phir Monami shayad wapas aagayi. Yeh baat mujhe Faizi ne batai kyuki mujhe har jagah sirf Monami hi dikhai de rahi thi. Isliye jab maine Rani Saheba ko baaki sab ke saath dance karte huye dekha mujhe laga ki I was just hallucinating her.' Karan said coyly.

'Janabji ka toh chehra dekhne layak tha jab humne kaha ki Monami wakai mai party mai thi.' Faizi said laughing at his best friend's reaction.
