'Monami meri ek baat sunogi?' Karan said while breaking the embrace and looking into her eyes.

Monami looked at him and nodded in a yes so that he continues.

'See I know yeh past weeks mai bohot kuch hogaya hai, bohot saare cheeze hogayi dono good and bad par mujhe tumse ek promise chahiye, mai yeh cheez pehele na karne ki wajah se suffer kar chuka hu I don't want you to go through the same. All I want is ki tum apni feelings aur emotions share karo. So be it bad memories or good one's I just want that you share them so that you feel light and don't roam around with the burden of pent up emotions. See if you aren't comfortable with me kisi cheez ko lekar Sid se baat kar lo. Khamaka woh bichara bhi bohot pareshaan ho jaata hai tumhe lekar. Itna karogi hum dono ke liye?' Karan asked her.

'Yes Karan I promise mai wapas aese nahi karungi. Either tumse ya Sid se baatein zaroor share karungi.' Monami said while promising him, she knew that her best friend and fiance were the people who loved her to bits and wouldn't want her to suffer much and they deeply cared for her and if not for herself she would do it for them.

'That's like my girl.' Karan said and kissed her forehead.

'Karan ab academy wapas chale mujhe bohot neend aarahi hai.' Monami said while yawning and resting her head on his shoulder. Karan chuckled looking at his Rani Saheba's antics.

'Acha haa baba chalo kal subah drills bhi toh hai.' Karan said and got up lending her a hand. Monami took his hand and got up but now she was just to drained to walk straight so she leaned on Karan's arms dragging her feet against the ground. Karan helped her get into the jeep and he got into his seat revving the engine and leaving for the academy.

PARAKRAM SAF ACADEMY

Karan entered the academy with Monami sleeping peacefully in his arms. He had tried waking her up but she was deep in sleep. So having no other option he picked her up in his arms, not that he had any problem with it. He walked into the reception area and saw Param and Sid there. They rushed to him as they saw him enter.

'Monu ko kya hua?' Sid said a lil loudly.

Monami stirred a little and snuggled her head into Karan's chest at the disturbance.

'Dheere bol Sid aur teri Monu ko kuch nahi hua hai, bass neend aarahi thi toh so gayi.' Karan informed in a low voice. Sid nodded and sighed a relief his best friend could be a real sleepy head at times.

'I know aapke kya sawal honge par mai pehele isse room mai chodke aata hu.' Karan said while gesturing at the sleeping Monami in his arms. Param and Sid nodded in understanding. 'Aap log mere room mai chale jaiye mai wahi saari baat batata hu.' he added.

Karan started to go towards the dorm rooms and out of Param and Sid's sight.

MONAMI AND SANJU'S ROOM

Karan entered the room with a sleeping Monami in his arms. Sanju who was sitting at the study table doing some work saw her sirji entering the room with Monami in his arms. Sanju's face morphed into concern for Monami before she could ask any questions Karan looked at her.

'Kuch nahi hua hai Monami ko bass thak gayi thi aur aankh lag gayi.' Karan said while lying Monami down on her bed. Sanju sighed in relief and nodded in agreement, she and Monami had formed a sweet bond over the months, but in the past few weeks it had just strengthened more.

Karan removed the earrings from Monami's ears slowly trying not to disturb her sleep, he later went and removed her watch and shoes. He caressed Monami's hair and kissed her forehead. He straightened up and turned to Sanju, 'Sanju ek favour kar de na iske kapde badal de please, isse isme comfortably sone nahi hoga.' he told her politely while gesturing at Monami's outfit.
