'Monami tumhaare engagement ke liye saare kapde aur jewellary taiyaa hai na?' Barkha asked as she sat in the hall making a checklist of things to do and done.

'Haa Bhabhi sab ready hai.' Monami replied.

'Avi chal bahar jaakar sab ko call karte hai.' Dr. Mahajan said.

'Haa chal bhai, Param tere side ki list dede.' Avi asked Param who handed over the list of numbers and names.

'Sirf itne?' Avi asked looking at the list of numbers, which albeit was short.

'Haa uncle engagement hai khaali fukat ka sab ko bulaane ka koyi fayda nahi sirf important logo ko bulaaya hai.' Param said. 

'Koi na Param humaari list bhi utni hi choti hai.' Dr. Mahajan said and dragged Avi out with him.

'Sanju aur kuch baaki hai kya?' Barkha asked.

'Haa bhabhi caterers se baat karni hogo, baaki mithai ki order humne dedi hogo.' Sanju said entering the hall alongside Sid. 

'Acha theek hai, mai meri ek friend hai uska catering ka business hai usse keh deti hu.'Barkha said.

'Jeez bro let's go.' Sid called out Karan.

'Kis liye aur kaha?' Karan asked from his seat besides Monami.

'Aapke aur Baby ke kapde collect karne hai na isliye.' Sid said picking up the jeep keys from the key tray.

'Haa chal phir, aata hu.' he said and pecked Monami's head.

'Arrey phir Sid decoration?' Param asked before the two could leave.

'Arrey Sid ko kaam hua tha kya hua, mai hu na.' Monami said getting up.

'Tum chup chaap wahi baitho, mehendi artist aane waali hai thode der mai.' Barkha said in a soft reprimanding tone. Monami pouted at it. 

'Sid thodi der ke liye nahi hai toh kya hua hum toh hai.' a voice said from the doorway and everyone's heads turned towards the door.

'Sid brooo.' Nikhil ran towards Sid who picked the former up in his arms 'Froggy how are you.'

'Mai toh ek dum cool hu Sid bro.' Nikhil said as Sid kept him back on the ground, who skidaddled of to play with Baby.

'Saandh tu toh ke raha tha shaam tak aayega.' Karan said while going towards Faizi who opened his arm for hug from his best friend.

'Kaisi hai aap ammi?' Karan said ignoring his best friend and touched Ammi's feet and hugged her.

'Hum toh ekdum nau jawaan aur ab humaare bahu aur pote se milkar aur jawaan ho gaye hai.' Ammi said with a huge smile on her face looking at Koel who looked overwhelmed at the love she was receiving. 'Tu kaisa hai bache? Tere chehre ka noor dekh kar toh lag raha hai tu bohot khush hai. Allah tujhe aese hi humesha khush rakhe.' Ammi said and kissed Karan's forehead who smiled at the motherly affection.

'Saandh tune bataya nhi?' Karan asked while greeting Koel by taking her in a side hug.

'Nahi nahi janaab ji hum kyu bataye. Arrey bhai dost baahe khol kar jhappi paane ke liye khada hai par janab ko toh Ammi aur Koel se pehele milna hai.' Faizi said a little dramatically.

'Abbey oh saandh chup kar.' Karan said as he smacked Faizi's arm and then hugged him tightly.

'Hum tumhe surprise dena chahte the aur ammi ko itni besabri joh ho rahi thi aap se aur apni hone waali bahu se milne.' Faizi said as the best friends broke the hug.
