Chapter 17: Jordan's Back and Madder Then Even

"How was Perth Amboy?" Chelsea asked. We were sitting outside under the warm June sun.

"It was fun. I felt bad I got sick though" I frowned. "It was really funny Elias got pinched by a crab!" I laughed.

Chelsea started laughing. "What are you guys laughing at?" Ryan sat down next to me.

I smiled, "Elias got pinched by a crab.. twice!"

"Hey! That hurts!" Ryan laughed. Chelsea and I looked at him funny. "Yes it happened to me" He hung his head in shame. Chelsea and I laughed again.

"That's why you aren't supposed to pick them up!" Chelsea stuck her tongue out.

"I'll get that crab to pinch your tongue off!" Ryan laughed. I laughed when him. I was wondering where Jayden was he was supposed to meet me here when he got home around 2 and it's almost 3. Maybe his plane got delayed. I hope he has pictures of his sisters baby! We sat there for a little longer when finally his car pulled up. I jumped up happy to see him after a long but awesome weekend.

"Hey Scarlett" He smiled pulling me into a hug.

"Hey babe" I smiled. "How was your weekend?" I didn't want to jump into the baby questions to fast. Maybe he wanted to talk about something else.

"You want to know about the baby don't you?" Jayden laughed. I smiled nodding my head. "Well first I need this" He placed his finger under my chin and placed his lips on mine. I love it when he does that. "The baby's a healthy baby boy. My sister names him Chase" He smiled.

"Baby?" Chelsea asked I didn't realize Chelsea and Ryan were behind me. I bet they were making weird faces at us!

Jayden smiled, "My sister had a baby over the weekend. That's why I was in Maine"

Chelsea let out a big "Ep!" "Do you have pictures?"

"I was about to ask that" I laughed. Jayden took out his phone after awhile of clicking around he turned the phone towards us. Chase was so cute! He was in a hospital crib sleeping. Jayden turn his phone back to him pressing the next button before turning it towards us again.

"That's my sister" He said.

"You look just like her" I smiled. They both have amazing blue eyes. I'm sure Chase is going to get that amazing trait. He showed us more pictures of his Uncle and Aunt holding the baby, until he got to one I couldn't believe. It was a picture of Jayden holding Chase! They both looked so cute. Jayden was looking down at him smiling, Chase had his finger in a baby tight hold.

"You're going to be a great dad when you grow up Jayden" Ryan smiled.

"Thanks" He smiled. From that picture Ryan was right, Jayden would probably be an amazing dad.

"Well I think I should get going I told my mom I would be home by 3" Chelsea said.

"Okay. Thanks for coming over" I smiled.

Chelsea smiled, "Bye Ryan and Jayden. By the way congrats on being a new uncle Jayden"

"Thanks" Jayden smiled.

"I think I should go to I just came down to see how you were" Ryan hugged me.

"See ya Ry" I waved bye. "Look now were alone" I smiled.

Jayden said, "No problem. I'm sure we can do something fun. Do you have a swimming pool?" He asked. I nodded my head pointing to the back. "Well that's fun!

I laughed, "Yup. I'll get my bath suit on.

"Okay. I'm going to run over to my house to get mine" Jayden said backing up to his car.
