(Jayden's P.O.V)

I heard the snap in my side. A scream of pain left my lips making Jordan smile. Every breath I took sent a shocking pain through my body. This needed to end. I pulled my fist back wanting this to be the last hit so this fight will finally end. As my fist made contact with Jordan's face his fist did the same. An equal reaction sent us both laying on the ground holding our faces.

"I think you broke my nose!" Jordan mumbled from his hand being over his face. I would have laughed if my side didn't hurt. A sudden scared feeling rushed over me. I turned to look where Scarlett and Nephele were standing. I felt my heart stop. Scarlett was laying on the ground what looked to be out cold.

Ignoring the shocking pains in my side I bent down next to her, "Scarlett?" I shook her lightly. When I turned around Jordan and Nephele were gone all that was left was a puddle of blood. I stood up lifting Scarlett with me she wasn't heavy but with possible a broken rib I didn't know if I could make it to my car.

After struggling I finally made it to my car and sat Scarlett down on the seat.

"Hey kid what happened to her?" The old man ran outside. I shook my head just wanting to get out of here and get Scarlett to a hospital. I sped off down the street there wasn't a hospital far from here. I looked at Scarlett she looked limp and the bump on her head already got bigger. I turned into the hospital emergence drop off. A guy walked out and stopped me.

He walked up to my window, "You can't park here emergencies only" I looked at Scarlett then back at the man. "What happened to her?" He asked.

"She hit her head off of a coffee table and got knocked out. I really want to get her head checked out" I bit back the pain with every word.

"Are you hurt?" the man asked.

"Look I'm not the one you should be worried about can I just get my girl friend in there so I know she's okay?" I asked anger over powering my words. He stepped back and ran over to an ambulance driver. I parked my car and the driver got Scarlett out of the car and took her in.

"Are you sure you're not hurt. Holding your side and wincing in pain with every breath isn't convincing me" The man who stopped me before stopped me again as I was walking into the hospital.

Another sharp pain ran through my body, "I think I cracked a rib" without another world the guy lead me into the hospital. They asked me a few questions before they lead me to a room. "Hey uh where did they take Scarlett Taylor?" I asked as the guy left the room.

"I'll ask" He said before walking down the hall. I looked around the room. I never wanted to come to this hospital in my life. Room 103 and 104. I remember it like it was yesterday. The blue and Red lights that flashed everywhere when we got to the hospital. My eyes started to water but nothing fell. It was such a long time since my parents passed away. Everyone told me to move on over and over again. It's not easy to lose both parents on the same night though. No one understood that. My friends at school called me a baby for crying in the middle of the school day but no one knew why I was crying. The feeling of being alone always haunted me. No where felt like home with my parents. After I moved back I finally let go. I knew I would have to sooner or later. I still don't deny I miss them though.

"Hello I'm Dr. Mullins I will be your doctor. I think you would agree let's get your side checked out so you can get out of here" Dr. Mullins smiled. "So we'll get you an x-ray as soon as possible. If you don't mind hopping into this wheelchair" I slid off the hospital bed and into the wheelchair.

As he walked to the x-ray room I looked through the rooms to see if I can find Scarlett. I never did though. When we got to the room Dr. Mullins told me to sit on a table. "You wouldn't be pregnant would you?" Dr. Mullins laughed. I looked at him funny. "It was just a joke. Sit still alright?" He smiled walking out of the room and closing the door behind him. After at least a minuet he came back in. "Okay well you can lay there or sit in the wheelchair until your results are finalized"
