"Mom, it was him! I know what he looks like!" I argued. For the past 10 minuets shes been trying to tell me I didn't see Jordan, because he couldn't get out of jail unless it was for good behavior, but she doughs it. "I know what I saw and I saw Jordan!" I yelled.

"Scarlett you were probably worked up because Ryan told you he was moving. I bet it was just someone who looked like him, I bet Jordan's still sitting in jail. Now go get ready for Perth Amboy" My mom pushed me up the stairs. I groaned. Why won't she believe I saw Jordan? Suddenly a thought popped into my head, one that I wish didn't. What if Jordan is going to come after me for putting him in jail? But he deserved it! I threw a few clothes into travel bag. I went into my bathroom grabbing my toothbrush and all that good stuff.

"Mom I'm ready!" I yelled when I got down stairs. I placed my bag with the other bags.

"Okay. Elias are you ready?" My mom called up the stairs.

"Yup" He said walking down with his bad. He threw it with the others almost hitting me.

"Okay good. Were going to eat lunch first then we'll go okay?" My mom smiled. Today was a perfect day to go to the beach, and get reunited with my oldest friend! I think we all inhaled our lunch so we can get going!

I helped Jim and my mom get all the bags into the car. "Ready to go?" Jim nudged me. I almost fell over, I laughed at him. We all got in the car and finally we were off.

The ride was longer then expected because of traffic but we made it there. As we were driving in the streets of Perth Amboy I looked out the window. The hot June air was brushing my hair back, the sun peering threw the open sunroof felt like it was already giving me a sunburn. Thoughts ran threw m head about Jordan. Maybe my mom was right, maybe it was someone else I did take a fast look. I could have been worked up like she told me. I pushed the thought to the back of my head I can think about it later. We pulled into a beautiful homes driveway. The house looked like something you would only see in magazines. A blue roof, white siding, and a red door. A beautiful garden that consisted of blue, pink, and red roses, pink, yellow and orange tulips. "Is this Uncle Johns house?" I asked. I guess that was a stupid question because we don't know anyone else from Perth Amboy.

"Yes" My mom said gawking at the flowers, just like I was. My mom parked the car and we all got out and stretched. I hate being cooped up in a car. Suddenly I was nearly tackles to the ground. I looked up confused I didn't remember anyone running at me.

"SCARLETT!" The one person who I couldn't wait to see yelled.

"REAGAN!" I yelled back. She pulled me into a hug.

"I couldn't wait to see you! You changed so much" We broke form the hug. I looked at her she changed a lot too.

"So have you! But I guess everyone changes since they were three" I laughed.

"That's true. Wow it's so good to see you. The last time I saw you was..." She stopped. We got silent. No one wanted to say the word.

"Yeah" I smiled.

"Well why don't you guys come in" Reagan smiled showing us inside. John was at the door greeting us.

"It's great that you guys are here. Are you guys hungry?" John asked.

"We ate before we came but thank you" My mom smiled.

John smiled back, "Well it looks when you make yourselves at home we can head over to the beach"

"You can stay in my room Scarlett" Reagan pulled me up the stairs and into her room. Her room looked like any ordinary teens room. Posters everywhere, stuffed animals from when she was little. We got settled in we talked for a little bit then it was on to Keyport! Union Beach was always our favorite beach. Today is a beautiful day the perfect day to be with an old friend and a day at a beach you used to go to every day. For the whole day we were there I felt so happy. The day flew by and I couldn't help but to feel sad. Because that means there's only one more day were here. I feel so at home with my Uncle and Reagan when I was little I don't want to leave tomorrow. But my mom can't miss work on Monday.
