Chapter 20: Sandy Hook

I woke up warm and comfortable. Then I remembered Jayden slept over, I snuggled closer to his warm body, taking in the smell of his amazing Axe. I knew he wouldn't be awake judging by the time.

I couldn't fall back asleep though. I was to excited, I knew I would be seeing Reagan today and not to mention we are checking out a new beach. I still wished they lived closer to us. I would love to hang out at the beach everyday like old times.

I tried to fall back asleep but it was no use. I hated it when you want the time to fly by it would drag on. But when you want the day to go slow like on a weekend, before Monday would start a new week of school, it would fly by and the long week approaches. I yawned before slipping out if bed and tip-toeing down the stairs. My mom was sitting at the table making sandwiches probably for the day at the beach. "Hey mom" I smiled sitting in front of her.

"Hey honey, how's your head? She said. I totally forgot about yesterday. I wonder how Jayden feels.

"Fine, I almost forgot about it" I felt stupid for letting that escape my mind. How could anyone forget their boyfriend and ex-boyfriend fighting?

"Well that's good. How is Jayden?" My mom asked. O watched her grab hand fulls of chips and stuff them into a plastic bag.

I shrugged my shoulders, "I don't know, he hasn't woke up yet. I hope he is okay" A picture of Jayden calmly sleeping on my bed entered my mind, causing me to smile.

"Well how would you like to bring Rose and Chelsea along?" You haven't seen them in awhile. You four can drive there in Jayden's car and we'll take ours" My mom smiled. I couldn't help but to realize how much I missed them. I hopped out of the kitchen chair and ran to the phone.

The phone rang twice before Chelsea answered. "Hello?" She asked. I was shocked she was awake around 8:00.

"Hey Chels I was just wondering if you wanted to come to a new beach with Jayden, my cousin Reagan and me, of and possible Rose?" I asked, if I knew Chelsea right she would love to go.

"Sure, I would love to go! What beach are you going to?" She asked. I smiled to myself, today is going to be an awesome day!

"It's a beach called Sandy Hook it sounds pretty cool" I remembered looking it up on the Internet. It looked really pretty.

"I've been there before! It's beautiful" I could hear the smile she was wearing.

"Okay well you might need to pack just in case we stay there if that's okay?" I asked. She had no problem with it and she said she would be right over. When I said bye I called Rose and she said she can go. I smiled to myself, I think I am going to like today!

I ran upstairs to see if Jayden was awake to my surprise he was awake but not in my room he was in Elias's room yelling "Dude stop hitting old ladies!" I laughed but my brother stole my boyfriend again! I stood next to the door trying to see if they would pry their eyes off of the TV and realize I was standing there.

"Hey Scars" Elias said with his eyes still on the TV. He moved his body with the white controller he had in his hands.

"Steeling Jayden again I see?" I laughed. Jayden laughed glancing at me then back at the TV. Typical boys.

"Hey you're the one who left him all alone in your room!" Elias laughed.

"Hey! When I woke up he was still sleeping" I sat next to them. They were playing some stupid street racing game. Elias was bad at it from what I saw. People flew with every corner he turned. I rolled my eyes walking back to my room. I was about to turn around and close my door when Jayden came through the door. "Yes?" I laughed.
