⚠️Gore Warning⚠️

The next day had come, it was barely a few hours till sundown.

The Avengers had loaded up into the jet. Tony uploaded Jarvis into the system so Jarvis could fly, but Natasha and Clint sat in the driver's seat and passengers seat together regardless.

Thor and Steve stood in the back, making light conversation as they modeled their super outfits and weapons.

Pietro sat down against the wall, zoning out as he imagined meeting his sister again. He promised himself to apologize to her for leaving her. Who knows what HYDRA put her through after he was gone?

Tony was sitting on the other side of the wall, looking at the kid. He was sceptical about this whole mission, considering they were saving someone who had been working for HYDRA for at least five years.

What if this was all a trap and the Avengers were about to be lead into a full forced attack?

He had his Ironman suit on, but the idea that there would be a mind controlling witch there did not settle his nerves. Not that he would let anyone else know of his concerns.

Wanda sat at Loki's cabin. He'd offered her a beat up room to stay in, and she hadn't left it yet. Her stomach growled at her, but she ignored it. She could go a few days without food, she ate yesterday before she was taken afterall.

She found multiple different knives in a drawer when she was exploring the room earlier, and she wondered if Loki intentionally put her in this room with the knives or if every room had them.

Now the knives were floating around the room, red particles holding them up.

The room did have a window that she could see out of, at least enough to give her light since the actual light switches in this place didn't work.

The window was locked though, and it only showed her a group of trees outside, making her assume that the cabin was in a deep part of the woods.

Loki walked into the room and he stopped at the doorframe, looking up at all the floating knives and the red magic that illumated the room. He looked impressed, almost.

"It's time." He notified her.

Wanda let go of her magic and all the knives fell to the floor, clinking against one another. She stepped over them and walked to the door. Loki summoned a blue cube and he took her hand, causing them to teleport away in a blue mist.

The spacecraft that belonged to the Avengers landed and the six got out, starting towards the base.

The sun was just falling so they were perfectly on time.

Natasha lead them towards a bunker entrance. She'd been to this place once before on a mission to see Agent Munson when he couldn't get out. She had to get taken, interrogated for a bit, but it was relatively easy.

She got the lock opened with a screwdriver and she opened it up, allowing the men to get in first before she climbed in behind them. The bunker was larger on the inside, and Natasha was able to get around them and find the pathway that lead to the actual base.

Pietro wasn't a fan of the walking. He could get there and back in less than three seconds but instead he had to stick with the group. Sometimes working in a team could be really annoying.

Part of him gained chills the closer they walked to the base. Memories moved their way into his head.

Even though he wasn't at this base in particular, the style was the same. Not to mention how it was freezing. His mind directed to Wanda. If the god harmed her in any way, Pietro would be the last face he sees.
