Wanda sat in the bed that she'd gotten from the floor she had been hiding out in.

She glanced over to Loki, who looked to be in the middle of a meditation type position. His legs were crossed, eyes shut and sparks of green shot from his fingertips. Regular meditation. He did this at random times, and Wanda hadn't found a pattern yet. He never did it twice in one day, but every time other than that it seemed less and less predictable for when he would chose to.

The sessions would last from a few minutes to half an hour, and Wanda was starting to wonder why he needed the meditation. Then again, other times when they would attack a HYDRA base, the calm, grounding exercises could probably be good for him.

Maybe she should do mediation..

Wanda turned her attention to the other side of the room, looking at the groups of things they'd stolen from HYDRA bases. It was odd for her, stealing. The murder she understood. HYDRA made her into a monster, she was fulfilling who they wanted her to be. Loki was the thief.

He liked treasures and he must've thought that these were fascinating items. Wanda didn't care for them.

She turned her attention back to Loki, who seemed frozen in his position as he meditated. Part of Wanda wondered if he was even doing what he claimed. It wouldn't be such a shock to think he lied to her.

Her curiousity got the best of her and she summoned a small red stream of magic that she sent into Loki's mind, allowing herself to reach in and see what he was thinking about. Yes, it was an invasion of privacy, but if he was holding something bad, shouldn't she know?

However, she didn't get the usual foggy brain that she could pick through, instead she felt like she was being sucked inside of his mind.

When she managed to readjust, she could clearly see what was going on. It wasn't like reading words of a page to see what people where thinking, this was more like Loki was in a mind palace and someone else was there. She felt like she intruded on their little meeting.

She looked around, confused as to where she was until she just decided to guess. It looked like how she imagined a spaceship, and it was more circular than square formatted so maybe they were in mind space?

She kept herself hidden from the view of Loki and the figure standing in the dark like a weirdo. Her body was hidden behind a box, but when she tried to lean on it to get a better look, she nearly fell through it.

So she was a ghost, it seemed. Odd. She didn't think it would be long until they noticed her, considering it was Loki's mind she was intruding. But if he did know she was there, he didn't make a mention of it.

"Yes. I'm certain that she's the Scarlet Witch. I've read the Darkhold and their abilities line up nearly perfectly. There's a whole chapter about her!" Loki spoke.

The Scarlet Witch?

"The Darkhold? Why should I care about am earth book that claims to have knowledge of magic?" The shadow figure replied.

It was a male tone, kind of boom-y.

"You want the witch. I'm going to give her to you."

"If she is the Scarlet Witch. If not, she doesn't need to be involved. I don't understand your little obsession with her."

"Isn't this whole plan because you're trying to impress some girl?"

"That doesn't concern you, Laufeyson. Figure out if she's who you think she is. If she's not, kill her."

Wanda's eyes widened. It wasn't a far stretch to think they were talking about her. Her abilities did resemble a witch, and who else was Loki hanging out with these days?
