The Time "It" Happened...Again

Today was a pretty good day. So okay, it was a great day. However, it didn't have a great start. Ms. D confiscated my phone in the morning because I was on it.

We had a pop quiz in Geography, which I'm sure I aced. Ha, sure. I didn't finish all the questions - I barely finished 8 out of13. Most of my answers didn't even make sense - I just plopped in a bunch of big words to make it sound correct.

We did more stuff, but nothing REALLY interesting until lunch time. At lunch time, a lot of people signed out, including me. I wasn't planning to, because there is Yearbook Committee on Wednesdays and Mondays, but Ms. S wasn't here and Ms. W had to go somewhere.

I had my lunch under the shade of the playground, as I do most days. We were there, eating, talking, laughing, etc. Even after we had finished our lunches, we stayed there. There we were, having a great time up on that park-thing-whatever-its-called.

It was then that we overheard that Thomas had found something of interest in the grass near us. It was something very disgusting, but it was also something that we had found lots of times in our school yard and surrounding areas. I'm hoping you can guess what it is, but in order to keep my story "clean" I will omit that detail about what it actually was. If you don't know and are dying to know, please PM me and I will be glad to tell you...just not here.

Anyways, Thomas picked it up with a stick. There it was, dangling from the end of this really long branch. But what was there to do with it? Chase someone of course!

The closest person to him was Angelo, so he was Thomas' first target. Angelo ran for dear life, all the way to the other end of the park. He ran and ran, and eventually, he got into the neighbourhood. Thomas decided not to go there, and picked another target - Hayes.

Hayes also ran for dear life, and thankfully he also got away. Not a lot of people were on the actual park grounds- most of us were up on the playground thing. That was when Thomas got this smirk on his face as he turned to us. We realized with growing horror that WE were his next target.

The next few moments were filled with screaming, shouting, and a whole lot of swearing. Within seconds, the place was evacuated. People didn't bother climbing down the conventional way, such as going down the ladder or sliding down the slide. Who could do that with such danger at hand? Most of us just jumped. I remember I got to the top of the ladder, and I just plummeted down to the ground from there. All of us quickly dispersed onto the field nearby, and some people went behind the trees that were there.

All in all, it was a scary experience. But now that I think about it, it was hilarious. If only someone had videotaped it, we could have all laughed about it. Wow, our reactions though. Those were priceless.

The last thing I want to talk about is the title I gave this part.

"It" happened...AGAIN.

What, you ask? Shane happened, that's what (I'm not Rachel Lynde).

He did it again. He poured water down my shirt again. And once again, I let out that terrible scream down the hallway. This was the third time this has happened. I don't know how many of them I've documented here on Wattpad, but I assure you it has happened twice before!!

SHANEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

--------------

Ik that was an abrupt ending, and it was also very short, but whatever. As you can see, this was about yesterday, not today. I'm not going to be writing about today because...just because. I'm also not going to recount the whole day from now on. Just the important parts. Which is the whole day, but I mean the REALLY important parts. So yeah. Thanks for reading, and vote and comment and stuff. ;-)
