Sylvia woke up feeling a little giddy she stretched and stood up not remembering anything that had happened to her the day before, she sleepily walked to her door and opened it to see lily smiling at her dressed in short plaid skirt and black plain shirt which was tugged in and her hair let down.
"What are you doing here?" She rubbed her eyes with the back of her palm.
"I..eh..I just wanted to check on my best friend"
"This early"
"Sylvia it's 12"
"What?!" She snapped " how?,what happened yesterday? "
"You don't remember?"
"No, what happened?"
Lily bit her bottom lips Jack had made them promise not to tell Sylvia anything knowing fully well she wouldn't remember.
"Nothing.. I mean something, no, it went well your party and all" she gave a fake smile
"I'm calling Jane" she walked back inside in search of her phone not believing what lily said
"You shouldn't, who knows she might be sleeping" lily strolled in after her.
"At 12" finding her phone she beside the bed she took it and dialed Jane's number, the line rung only once before she picked.
"You've been expecting my call"
"Let's just say a little bird told me you would call" Jane said from the other end.
"Then you must know why I called"
"You're worried thinking something happened yesterday, nothing happened Sylvia"
"I don't believe you"
"Why?"
"A gut feeling is telling me something terrible happened yesterday"
"That gut feeling is wrong"
"I am still in the outfit I wore yesterday, I never sleep with the outfit I wear in the morning"
"You were tired that's why, that's why you can't remember anything, you were too tired, you stress yourself Sylvia, forget it"
"I can't, a part of my life is missing, I need details of what happened yesterday"
Lily who was listening rolled her eyes, Sylvia was always cautious of every single event in her life.
"Fine, come over to the cafe and I'll tell you"
"Everything?"
"Just come over Sylvia" she said and hung up
"See" lily said
"I still don't believe you"

The elevator stopped and Jack stepped out into a room were Ace and Leo was.
"This better be important, I was in the middle of something" he said and sat down in an armchair.
"Edwin hasn't said anything" Ace said
"Well if someone hurries up with the assignment given to him, we could make him talk "
"It hasn't been easy, all I found out was that his wife was named Gia"
"Is that enough information Jack?"Ace asked
"No I need his son"
"He doesn't care about his son!" Ace snapped "we need the information from him so I can kill him!"
"Does his existence bother you?" Jack teased and Ace glared at him.
"Fine, fine" he raised his hands in surrender "we'll get the information from him now, besides this behavior doesn't fit you"
Leo chuckled.
