Minas POV
Hospital / Break Room
I stood in the break room, stirring my coffee. As I brought the mug to my lips, I noticed Sakura sitting beside me she looked paranoid.
"Are you okay?", I asked.
"Yeah... yeah, just a lot on my mind."
I watched her for a moment, noticing the way her fingers fidgeted with the documents she was holding. Something about her was different today more tense than usual. That's when my gaze fell on one of the papers she was hastily shoving into a folder. Chou Sana pregnancy update. I froze, my breath catching in my throat. Sana is pregeant? If so how long?
"Long day?", I asked, keeping my voice light.
Sakura nodded absentmindedly.
"Yeah... really long".
I nodded back, pretending I didn't feel like the ground had just shifted under me. I couldn't stop the flood of questions running through my mind. Sana is pregnant? How? When? Why? Was it recent? Had she cheated? Shes pregnant, who was the father? Tzuyu said they weren't planing for another ivf to busy to even handle the one.
"Well see you later yeah", I said.
"Yeah".
Hospital Hallway
I noticed a familiar face wallking down the hallway.
"Jungkook?", I muttered under my breath, as I rushed toward him.
His shirt was stained with blood, and there was a deep gash on his forehead. He was swaying slightly, his eyes glazed over with pain.
"Jungkook!", I called out louder, grabbing his arm before he could fall.
"What the hell are you doing here like this? You're bleeding like crazy! Why hasn't the other nurse rush to you".
"It's not that bad".
"Not that bad?!", I huffed, glancing at the blood still streaming down his face.
"You're insane. Come on, we need to get you checked out".
Without waiting for his response, I wrapped an arm around him, guiding him down the hall toward my office.
My Own Office
"You shouldn't even be standing, let alone walking around like this", I muttered under my breath as I opened the door to my office and quickly sat him down on the bed.
Jungkook chuckled, his voice slightly strained.
"I've been through worse".
