"And He is before all things and in Him all things hold together." -Collossians 1:17
Complaining-
How often do you see people smile nowadays? This thought came to my mind a few days ago, and I really started looking for them. It's pretty discouraging when you see such few amount of people with a smile on their face.
We complain constantly. It's in our human nature. I don't know about you guys, but I do it constantly. Whenever I get stressed, I usually result in complaining-about school, about chores, about nearly everything. I am at fault for this constantly, which is why it was something I wanted to address.
We have so many great, wonderful things to be happy for! Nobody wants to be around someone who constantly complains. I think it's important to be just as focused, if not more on the great things in our lives! When we get stressed with the hardships in our lives, instead of complaining, lift your burdens up to The Lord! He's going to be able to accomplish more than we ever will complaining.
So when things get tough, instead of facing it with a frown and reluctance, face it with a smile and the knowledge that God will take care of us, for He has before!
Dear God, please keep me conscious of how much I complain. Instead of using my words to complain, remind me to use them more wisely, as in spreading Your love. I pray that You remind me that there is much to smile about, even when it seems as if there isn't. Amen.
[ A/N: thank you so much for all of your patience! I know it's been a while since my last update, and a few of you have been asking about it. I'm glad I've finally gotten around to it! I don't have much more of school left, so I really hot I will have the chance to update more frequently. I also have been told that someone found my book on Pinterest. I looked it up, and it has over 1,000 pins, which is absolutely crazy! Again, I want to thank you all for your wonderful support! I never dreamed it would become this big. I am so thankful I've had the opportunity to share God's word with this much success! Thank you all for coming to me and giving me so much feedback. This has honestly changed my life! ]
