That night Jungkook didn't sleep a wink.It felt surreal that his husband was back home after five years,alive and well.He had never thought he would live to see the day his daughter gets to meet her father.It felt like a dream.

Around two he woke up so he could check on the most two important people in his life.He opened the door slowly and quietly so he wouldn't wake up the two precious beings on the bed.He switched on the lights and found out neither his husband nor daughter was covered with a blanket.The blankets were all the way on the floor.Jungkook had suspected that something like that would happen.His husband and daughter had similar sleeping habits.They cuddle and throw their legs everywhere when they are sleep

Jungkook was very aware of his husband's sleeping habits because he used to check on him at night whenever he couldn't get any sleep.

Jungkook carefully picked up the blankets and covered the pair lovingly.He kissed Nayeon's forehead and then looked at Taehyung.Now that he had gotten a good look at him,indeed the alpha's face had gotten thin and as a result his features became more sharper.Slowly his hand moved to the alpha's head and massaged it absent mindedly.When he realized what he had done he moved his hand as if he had touched a burning object.He got up from the edge of the bed and walked out.He switched the lights off on his way out.

By seven Jungkook was up.It was a beautiful sunny morning and he was looking forward to a beautiful beginning of a new day or maybe the beginning of something new.

He started off by making breakfast for himself and his small family.Out of the blue he felt something creeping up his thigh.As soon as he looked down he heard soft giggles from non other than the apple of his eye.

"Yeonie,you are up.You almost scared me"Jungkook said and picked up her up into his arms.

"Morning mommy"Nayeon smiled and kissed Jungkook's cheek.The omega returned the kiss with the same affection.

"Morning princess.Is your daddy awake"

Nayeon shook her head"No he is still sleeping.Like a baby"

"Go and wake him up and ask him to wash your face.When you are done then the two of you can come and have breakfast"Jungkook instructed

"Got it mommy"

"Off you go.Don't run on the stairs.You might fall and get hurt.We don't want any accidents to happen okay.My baby should never get hurt"

"Okay"

Jungkook knew that Nayeon was going to have a hard time waking up her father because he was difficult to wake.Besides he had just spent the first night in his house after five years of being in the hospital.He needed the rest.

The duo appeared in the kitchen after fifteen minutes.Nayeon was holding her sleepy father's hand.They looked so adorable together that Jungkook internally cooed at them.

"Morning"Taehyung started as he sat on the breakfast table.Nayeon sat besides him.

Jungkook got his laptop out of the way and adjusted his posture"Good morning.I hope I'm not bothering you.You can go back to bed afterwards if you wish to.I just wanted to you to eat"

"Of course not.I should have breakfast at the right time"the alpha said

Jungkook poured himself a cup of coffee and tea for Taehyung.Nayeon had her favorite cereal in front of her and they started having their breakfast.

"While we are here why don't you use my laptop to get whatever you need.I can't possibly know everything you like"

Taehyung took the omega's laptop and looked at it."Is it really okay?"
