Taehyung lifted his gaze from the stove when he saw Jungkook entering the kitchen.When they arrived back home from their long drive,Taehyung offered to make dinner while Nayeon and Jungkook started with the Christmas decorations.
"Do you need anything"
"Did you...Just imitate me Kim Taehyung"Taehyung had said it the same way Jungkook would whenever he came into the kitchen.
"No I didn't."
"Good.I came to get Yeonie's nana milk"
"Is our baby hungry already?"
"And cranky too.She might start throwing a tantrum if her usual dinner time passes.Tell me if you need any help"
"I'm almost done.Look at the clock.There is still time before seven"
"Just let me help you so we can do this much quicker"
"Jungkook ,I said I can handle this"
"Are you sure.I mean nothing is wrong with asking for help when you really need it"
"Relax.I won't burn down your kitchen"the alpha chuckled
"Taehyung I'm not afraid of you burning the kitchen but yourself.What if you cut your fingers?"
"I got this.Don't you worry"Taehyung placed his hands on the omega's backsides and drove him out of the kitchen.
"Just be careful"

"Shut up"Jungkook blushed and took the banana milk to Nayeon and then continued with the decorations.
The food turned out to be much better than Taehyung had expected.Nayeon wouldn't stop shoving the fact that her daddy was a great cook in Jungkook's face.
"Thank you for dinner.I think you should cook more.What say Yeonie"
"Yes"
Jungkook could see that his husband was withdrawn.
"Taehyung what's wrong.Why the long face.I was totally kidding when I said your food was awful.All that matters is what Yeonie thinks right"

"Don't worry. I will handle the dishes".
"I cooked so I will handle my dishes"Taehyung insisted
"If you say so.Tell me what's up?"

"Taehyung .Don't be a brat.One brat is bad enough.I can't deal with more"
"I'm not a brat"Nayeon yelled
"Tell him.My princess is the best girl in the world"Taehyung said
"Sure.You guys can carry on with your romance.I will be in my room.Come and get me when its screen time"Jungkook said

"What?"
"That....Well you know.I got in touch with my friends"
"Oh.That's great.You will have people to talk to"
"They said they would be here after dinner.I wanted to know if that's okay with you.If they make you feel uncomfortable i will cancel.We can meet some other time outside the house"
"Nayeon's dad,this is your house.You don't have to ask for my permission to bring anyone over.I will just be in my room until they leave"
"Okay"
Jungkook went to his room and picked up a novel.Nayeon kept her father company while he cleaned the kitchen.When the duo was done they went to change their clothes and brush their teeth.While they were at it the door bell chimed and Jungkook had no option to get it.
