Chapter 19

Hook

"Captain, the crew seem to be acting rather cheery and working harder then normal. Don't you think that's a little odd? Not to mention the music that they put on? What kind of sea chanty was that?" Smee said in a worried tone looking around nervously as if someone were listening.

"You're too skitish, Smee. Enjoy the beautiful day and view of the sea. We finally have leverage over the darkone. I have his daughter and his lover." I reply grinning in triumph.

"Correction. You have only my daughters heart and an appointment with Hades in the underworld. I'd hate to let you live and keep you from said engagement. Don't you agree, daughter?" I hear and spin around to see my crew in the air upside down in a trance like state above the sea like shark bait. Rumplestiltskin giggling with Evelyn right behind him with her head hung low. I can tell it's her because of those beautiful grey eyes.

"Yes, father. But can't I have some fun with him before he dies?" She whines causing me to stiffen. I can't tell if she's acting or she really wants to torture me. I try to reach for her heart in my satchel but suddenly my whole body goes stiff and I can't move a muscle besides my head it even hurts to breathe.

Rumple nods. "Yes, I was going to bring him with us back home. I've got a dungeon perfect for a good torture session, sweetheart." He answers and walks up to me grabbing her heart from my bag and pushing back into her chest.

"Evelyn please don't do this. This isn't you. Deep down you hate the violence of this world." I whisper looking on her eyes as they spark with emotions after her heart was returned.

"You don't know me! You kept me as your hostage and potential whore chained to your bed! If you knew me you'd know that I have past experiences like that! Ones that I'd prefer to forget and never relive!" She shouts at me and slaps me in the face.

I notice Rumple glaring at me then frowning at her as if he wanted to hear more about her past. Me too buddy.

"Fine, do whatever you need to to me but don't kill me crew. They aren't the ones responsible for your pain." I say in a guilty tone. By now I can tell she's faking her anger towards me. She usually cries when she get over emotional either in anger or sadness.

Evelyn laughs maliciously and caresses my face with her hand. "What do you think father? Should we spare his crew the unfortunate deaths you were about to give them?" She ask in a sing song voice as if amused by my question.

Rumple sighed dramatically. "I guess I could." He said dropping them back onto the ship. "Let's go home dearies." He said and waved his hand.

For a second all I saw was smoke then I groaned in pain. I studied my surroundings and the croc wasn't kidding when he said he had a nice torture chamber. I was hanging by my wrists on a chain with my shirt off. Bloody crocodile better kill me quickly he's such a coward.

Bloody hell this hurts. Maybe I'll be able to convince Evi or Evelyn to let me go. No chance convincing his maid or lover though. She probably wants me dead for almost killing her that day.

"Crocodile! You bloody coward! Show yourself!" I scream in outrage. But no one shows up. I hope Eve is all right. She doesn't know that her father will surely disappoint her in someway like he did with Bae.

EVELYN

Father poofed us back to his castle and into the dining room. I frown to see Hook is no where to be seen but I don't question it. He probably put him in the dungeon like he promised.
