|Tuesday|

"Hollyberry... she's been gone for a while, don't you think, Caramel Arrow?" It was past 1AM, and the cookies had tried their best to get some sleep, despite being in such uncomfortable positions.

"You're right. You don't think something happened to her, do you?" Black Raisin nodded. "I do."
"I mean, why else is she not here? She's been watching us for like- 4 days! Why did she all of a sudden just stop?"
"...huh."

The door creaked open. Strawberry Crepe stood there, trying to keep their composure. They were obviously afraid; totally aware of the situation.
"You guys... I'm scared. A-And I wouldn't usually admit that, would I?"
"No. With your cocky persona you truly wouldn't." Strawberry Crepe rolled their eyes at Black Raisin's snarky remark. "I'll untie you guys. Just- stay by me, alright?" The two nodded. They quickly untied the rope.

"Boy, I'm gonna have to do those hand exercises..." Caramel Arrow flexed her hand. "So am I, to be honest."
"At this moment, the crowd gathering outside isn't our biggest threat. It's Pure Vanilla." Black Raisin raised an eyebrow. "What-"
"I know! I know! The Pure Vanilla we all know as Pure, too sweet and whatever is possessed. If it's not that then... I don't know,"
"And I can't just- you know- go and analyse his dough! He'll kill me even if I get close!"

"What are you saying? But Pure Vanilla was on our side! He-"
"No,"  Black Raisin sighed.

"I feared this. I think I might know what's wrong. I think I know where he's been."

Blood spilled out of Crunchy Chip's knife. Was it just him, or did Pure Vanilla press the blade against his throat a little too hard?

"Now thinking about it; killing you on the spot would be boring," he removed the blade from the other cookies neck. "I want to kill you slowly, watch you drown in your blood and tears." He wiped his mouth, and once again, walked around the room.

"Why are you so fixated on me? Who's gonna come for me huh?! Who's gonna come for..." he trailed off. He felt as if there was someone squeezing his throat, hoping to get the last of life out of him.

Wildberry...

Wildberry wouldn't give up on me, would he?

But he knew. He needed to. To live.

"Ah! You've worked it out! I'm so glad! Wildberry is a very determined being, and will possibly do anything to get his way! He loves you, after all!"

"So what are you gonna do, huh?" Crunchy Chip shouted at him. "Your gonna treat him how you've been treating me? Oh I'd like to see you try!"

Pure Vanilla's mouth twisted into a icy smile. "Sure pal. Whatever you say. Whatever helps you sleep at night."

"What is that supposed to mean, your gonna do worse?" He rubbed his neck.
"I would say that, yes."

Crunchy Chip slowly got up. "Your a crazy fuck." Pure Vanilla turned to look at him. His remarks no longer made an impact on him.

Perhaps, though; he was right. Perhaps something was wrong with him. Perhaps he hadn't been honest.

The story unfolds. He, in fact, had not been in his room; or wherever he claimed to of been.

He, had made a deal. A deal for good- or for himself.

꧁᯾𖣔𖣘𖣔𖣘𖣔᯾꧂

He had come to her. On his own accord.

He wanted to settle things at first; then he realised. The power he felt. The power he thought he never needed.

He made a deal. To help her bring down those who stood in her way, those who posed a threat. She gave him a gemstone.

The gemstone of darkness and evil.

He hid it on one of the many petals of his staff. No one would bother checking it; if anyone ever found out.

And then, he began to act.

First, he had to eliminate some... problems.
He had only heard about Black Raisin and Caramel Arrow's mission to retrieve the Sugar Swans Feather Of Revival when Gingerbrave was chatting amongst some of the raisin children.

He wasn't nice with his words, let's say.

He was going to get some help- he couldn't do this on his own! A healer can only do so much...
Hollyberry was more than happy to help. Perhaps she wasn't totally uncertain of the whole thing? Perhaps she uncertain about everything? That didn't concern Pure Vanilla at the time. He had gotten his help.

And now, soon enough, on the day of execution, he was going to help Dark Enchantress win this war.

For real.
