Normality. It's something hard to come across in the world--or at least these days it is. From the constant banter of war in the world to the never ending silence of those who are screaming internally for help, we don't have time to beg for normality, let alone shield ourselves from the never ending lies that the world around us begs for us to hear. These lies range from telling us that everything will be okay, or that faking a smile can fix everything around you, or in Matt Murdock's case, that he would never be able to fix the world around him. He tried, again, and again, and again to clean the broken glass of the world around him, becoming a lawyer to help those who needed it, and put away the ones who were the reason behind it. But he knew that wasn't enough. He knew he would need to do something much more. Something that put the law behind him and instead used something much more powerful to stop those around him. 

Holly Nelson was similar in a sense to Matt Murdock.  Holly didn't think that she could save people, let alone do anything besides be something of a warm smile. Of course, that didn't stop her from trying. Becoming a volunteer at a young age showed her that if she really put her mind to it she could be that something that brought someone back from the darkest shadows of the world. She believed that with a bright smile and a pair of scrubs she could save a life. It was never about earning the title 'Hero' or gaining enough money to the point that she would forget about others around her--if anything, It was about being told thank you and feeling the appreciative spirit of others. 

But things change. 

The world gets messy when your trying to piece everything together, the broken glass that covers the world makes you bleed and eventually breaks a person into a million pieces. It blurs the lines between good and evil, covers the eyes of those who can help, and truly
