So when her helping nature becomes something that gets her into danger with a vigilante...
Holy shit, this just got emotional lol. I can't believe I actually finished this story, this is insane.
First off, I just wanted to say thank you SOOOOO incredibly much to everyone who has read this story. Whether you have interacted with it or not, I feel an immense amount of love from each and every one of you. Also to those who have cried with me, laughed with me, yelled at Matt and Holly through the screen with me and left your emotions in the comments, thank you for bringing a smile to my face. You don't understand how much your comments help me to keep writing, especially on days where I feel like I am getting nowhere with certain chapters.
Holly Nelson is a character I had been debating on writing since I started my account. At first I started by writing her as a very ruthless and hardcore person, but after writing four chapters and feeling no connection with the character I decided to completely scrap that idea. When I wrote Holly as who she was portrayed in this story, I knew right then and there that she was going to be a huge hit for whoever reads this story.
Holly is the closest I can get to writing myself. She cares for others more the anything in the world yet sometimes that comes with a backfire in her life. She may be happy most of the time but she also has a short fuse and that sure as hell reflects me. The good and unavoidable parts of her character where put in this story to show that even in stories like this, no relationship or person is ever perfect. People make mistakes, people get lonely, and most of all, people make decisions that hurt not only themselves, but the people around them. I think I speak for a good portion of you Hotties when I say we all related to Holly at one point or another in this story.
Before I get all weepy, I can say for a fact that there will be a second book coming out at some point. I will be taking a short break from my lengthy writings to focus on some one-shots, but I reassure you all that I have already started working on the second story. (A little teaser for it is down below)
For now, I hope you have enjoyed 'Exile' and are ready for what I have planned next.
