Olivia was awoken to the soft kisses of Jeff's lips against her head, he had in his hand a tray of toast for the two of them as he smiled
"Morning, are you okay?"
"Yeah? Why wouldn't I be?" She asked curiously, wearing only a white t-shirt and pants, Jeff layed the tray down in front of her, pulling the covers revealing few light bruises on her legs and on her shoulders
"Oh..." she stared at them curiously, feeling no pain as she looked up at him
"I'm sorry. But its not bad right?" He asked worringly
"Right." She confirmed, wrapping her arms around his neck kissing him softly, he suddenly stopped, looping her hair around his fingers
"What the-?" He looked up at her hair, the roots had turned jet black and he stared at them worringly
"I've noticed, it's been like that since my mother's death..."
"I've hadn't noticed till now" he sat down beside her, releasing her hair as he took a piece of toast eating hungrily as Olive ate some.
Something was wrong, nobody's hair turns a complete different colour over a month, especially not at the rate it's going. But the two ignored it, Olivia had no clue and neither did Jeff.
"Morning!" Sally, walked in smiling, she looked towards the topless Jeff before covering her eyes
"NAKED JEFF NAKED JEFF!" she screamed over and over trying to exit the room, Olivia burst into hysterical laughter as Jeff got up picking her up
"Sally. I have jeans on." He grumbled as she removed her hand sighing as the two sat down on the bed, Sally tucking into the toast on the plate, she looked up at them both, her cheeks full of toast as she smiled
"Can we go to the park??" Sally looked between the two of them waiting their reply
"Of course, but only if you get a bath first and clean up, you don't want the other kids seeing a bloody Sally" Sally grinned excitedly, jumping off the bed and skipping back into her room
"Can you come help me pick a dress?" Sally asked Olive sweetly as she nodded, as soon as the two girls left the room, Jeff reached into his bag, pulling out his phone and dialing in a number
"Yes? Hello Ben? Put me on to slender..."
The voice on the other end muffled something as Jeff replied
"It's urgent, yes slender i think something went wrong - what? I can't bring them back - I won't." He pressed the end call growling angrily, as he grabbed his top putting it on huffing. He'd defied Slender, and knew it would be a grave consequence."Are we ready?" Olive wore black jeans and a white blouse, Jeff wore his usual, Sally stood anxiously in the doorway, wearing a yellow and white small summer dress, it was cute against her light brown hair and something different from her pink nightgown.
"Let's go" Olive locked the door, taking hold of Sally's small hand as Jeff loomed beside Olive smiling and hiding his facial issues, the park wasn't far and as soon as they got to it, Jeff and Olive sat on the bench watching her play.
A man came and sat beside them, smiling and watching a kid play, a boy who they pressumed was his son
"Which one is yours?" He asked Olive as she turned to Jeff pulling a confused face
"Um well-" she said awkwardly before Jeff butted in, watching Sally
"The brown haired girl" he tilted his head to Sally
"Ah, she's lovely, looks alot like your wife over here, mines the blonde haired boy there-he's been through hell. Loosing his older brother...he's only 5"
"Oh we're not married" Olive spoke quietly
"Really? Hey- life's short you two, may as well while you still can..." Olivia bit her lip, attempting a smile. The man looked around in his 40's and seemed friendly enough, but something nagged at her, something about this man seemed familiar
"What was his older brother called?" She asked curiously, for conversation other than marriage
"Brandon." He muttered, sighing a little
Olivia's eyes widened and she'd noticed Jeff's had a little too, she faked a small gasp, staring at the man
"I think I heard about him on the news...didn't he go mad? Or something?" She pratically lied through her teeth, The man was clearly holding back tears as she spoke, she felt horrible and a gut feeling Brought her back to her insensitivity
"It wasn't his fault...It was that Jane, she did it all and now nobody can find him, I honestly think he's dead but I hope it isn't true..." he sighed clutching on to his head
"I brave everything for my wife and him""He looks like Brandon, what's his name?" Olivia tried to turn the conversation on a more lighter note, as Jeff nudged her softly
"His name is Jamie" the man smiled watching him on the swings, calling out to his dad wanting to be pushed"Well that's my que, it was nice meeting the two of you"
"Likewise" Olivia smiled up at him before his tapped Jeff's shoulder, whilst walking backwards
"She won't wait forever you know!" He chuckled a little, putting on a fake smile for him, before approaching his son, pushing him on the swing
"Jeff..." Olivia looked towards him, he turned to her revealing his face again, his mouth in a tight line, the only trace of a smile was cut into his cheeks
"I'm sorry, I don't usually meet the families of the people I kill, the only family I've know and killed was my own" He sighed, staring at the boy Jamie before realising who he really looked like.
"I think we should go now..." Olivia called over Sally, they'd only spent an hour but it was enough for the three of them. Jeff didn't speak a word the whole journey back
