The boy was, in fact, on the bus the next day and that's when Chan learned that his name is Jisung.

That's also when the two planned their first date which lead to several more after that and within a few weeks, Jisung became Chan's boyfriend.

Changbin still had a hard time believing him, especially since he had yet to meet Jisung.

But that was all going to change tonight since Chan had invited Jisung over to meet him since he was his roommate and best friend. He had already met Jisung's two roommates and best friends, Jeongin and Felix, so now it was Jisung's turn to meet his.

Chan was extremely excited for his two favorite people to meet each other...which is why Changbin felt so horrible. Of all days for him to feel miserable, of course, it had to be the day on which he was supposed to meet Jisung.

He went to Chan's room which was across from his own and knocked on the door a couple of times before hearing Chan say, "come in."

"Hey Bin, what's..." Chan began to ask but stopped picking up his room once he saw his friend's swollen eyes, a frown on his face, and the hoodie that he had stolen from Chan when they were in high school that he only wore when he was sad.

Wordlessly, Chan walked over and pulled Changbin into a hug as Changbin said a small "I'm sorry."

Part of the reason why Chan was a perfect person to be Changbin's roommate was that he learned how to handle the situations when Changbin was like this because he had been witnessing it since middle school.

"Did anything particular happen?"

"No," Changbin replied as he hugged back and rested his chin on Chan's shoulder.

"Did you take your medicine?"

"Mhm."

"Hmm...I can call Jisung and tell him to come over some other time. We can order pizza and watch a movie if you want."

"No, it's okay. You've been wanting me to meet him. I just might need your help putting on some makeup so that I don't look like this."

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah, I really wanna meet Jisung too. How are you two?"

"You hate when I talk about Jisung."

"Yeah but it's distracting so just do it," Changbin said as he sat down on the chair in front of Chan's desk and pulled out some concealer.

"It's going really well. Definitely a lot different than umm...past relationships. I guess that's because I would ask people out just to hook up with them but it's been weeks and Jisung and I haven't even properly kissed each other yet," Chan explained with a small laugh. "It's nice though, I like how we're taking everything slow."

"Maybe I should find a boyfriend so I stop coming to you every time I have a mental break," Changbin said with a forced laugh as Chan began blending out the concealer underneath his eyes.

"I don't mind you coming to me for help."

'Might as well just date you,' Changbin thought to himself as he glanced up at Chan whose face was rather close to his own but he quickly shut his eyes and tried to shake the thought away.
