i got out of my car with a sigh and looked up at the huge building

did i feel like going to work today? oddly enough, yes.

i couldnt wait to see our new boss. i tried to make myself look presentable as possible considering i was their assistant

"hey, charlotte" i heard and twisted around to see who knew my name

it was my co-worker, angelic. she always was touchy and smiled at me a lot

i smiled politely. "hi"

"you look beautiful"

my cheeks warmed and i looked down at my outfit. i wore a black knee length dress that clung to my body and showed every curve. i put on a blazer over it to hide my exposed arms. for shoes i threw on some black stiletto heels and i wore light make up, my hair in a ponytail

"thanks uh so do you" i cringed at how awkward i sounded

she chuckled. "would you like to join me for lunch?"

"only if the boss doesnt have something for me to do" i smiled lightly

we started walking towards the building.

"i heard its a woman"

"really? how do you know?"

"you know patrick somehow knows everything" she rolled eyes and pulled open the building door for me. she rested her hand on my lower back as i walked inside

i shyly said thank you to angelic and showed the guard my ID, he nod and let us walk to the elevator

we stood in the elevator, the soft hum of the elevator moving being the only thing heard

"charlotte" angelic called my name and i turned towards her. "so ive been wanting to tell you this for a long time... i-"

the elevator door opened and i looked over, my eyes widening

a gorgeous very gorgeous asian woman stepped in

she gave a breathtaking smile showing off all her straight teeth. her midnight hair cascaded past her broad shoulders. her sharp jaw was clenched tightly. the black blazer clung to her arms showing off the thick muscles, the first two buttons of her wine red dress shirt was unbuttoned and the shirt tucked neatly into black trousers, she topped the outfit off with wine red stiletto heels.

silver rings adorned her long fingers as she intertwined them and dropped them in front of her crotch

i gulped as her brown eyes trailed down my figure then she licked her plump bottom lip

i cleared my throat and shyly looked to angelic who eye brow was raised in questioning. she then looked at the very beautiful woman who's eyes were still burning into my skin

"uh excuse me but we were talking and you just stood in front of us" angelic said with a attitude and folded her arms

the woman finally looked away from me and to angelic

"oh?" i instantly recognized her voice and my knees nearly buckled

"yeah 'oh' so excuse me"

"is that any way to talk to your new boss" she said cockily and tilted her head

me and angelic eyes both widen
