its been a month. a month since everything. a month since charlotte overdosed, a month since she started her therapy, a month since her mom had awoken and a month since charlotte became our girlfriend

we couldnt have been more happier

but there was a slight problem

we havent had sex in ages.

well im dragging it... in two-three weeks we havent been having sex

with work and other things we just havent had the time and i could tell it was taking a toll on all of us

charlotte the worst

even though she refused to admit it, she wanted us to give her head again. it was actually funny watching her try to initiate something only to shy away when we look at her

she was getting more frustrated as the days passed but me and scarlet decided to let her speak up

now— me and scarlet havent been having sex either. we felt it was wrong to leave charlotte out as she was now part of our relationship

"aiden..." charlotte's soft shy voice filled my ears and i looked up from my computer

i was typing out a email but had suddenly gotten lost in my thoughts

"hm?"

"my mother and sofia is coming over today, i hope you dont mind"

i chuckled lowly, "well it is your home charlotte"

"i know but-"

"no if, ands, or buts. its your home, you can invite who ever you want" i said softly. "how come sofia is coming too?" i asked

we noticed sofia and bella had gotten extremely close, talking more often now

"oh i mustve forgotten to tell you— sofia offered to be mom's caregiver so she follows everywhere she go" she shrugged

i hummed

there was a knock at the front door and we both looked at it

"must be them..." she dashed to the door and pulled it open

came in scarlet then bella then sofia then harper

my jaw clenched at the sight of harper

yes, charlotte had told us what she said when in her mother's hospital room and its safe to say that me and scarlet wanted to go knock her head off her shoulders but charlotte begged us not to so we didnt

i could see scarlet was irritated that harper was here too

"oh! h-harper" charlotte stuttered, her eyes wide with surprise

hm so she didnt know she was coming?

harper shyly looked at charlotte. "hi"

charlotte cleared her throat, glancing at me and scarlet. she was about to shut the door before a voice shouted,

"hold on!"

charlotte pulled the door back open and a mexican guy came rushing in, he weaved his fingers through his black hair

"m-milton?" charlotte said in double surprise

he put on a smirk "in the flesh. your sister invited me"

charlotte looked at harper who was already staring at her

"yeah i decided to invite him because he's my boyfriend now" harper said slowly

charlotte cleared her throat once more

"well since this seems to be a family reunion, should i hold the door for someone else" she asked sarcastically

i chuckled at her sassiness and turned to place a kiss to scarlet's lips when she came closer to me

"hi baby" i whispered, pecking them again

we heard a whistle and looked over to where it was coming from

"woah! lesbo's in the house, kiss again" milton cheered and harper slapped him on the back of his head

"shut up" she hissed

anger bubbled in my stomach but i pushed it back down

i dont like him

just as charlotte shut the door there was a knock and with a irritated sigh she yanked it back open

"im here, im here" a fragile voice said and a old brownskin woman entered the house

she carried a cane as her thighs shook with the effort to walk inside

"hey grandma" harper grinned and pulled her into a hug, "charlotte i hope you dont mind i invited grandma too"

"wish you wouldve asked" charlotte muttered but i heard it and so did the old lady apparently

"why? you were going to say no?" the old lady hissed

"ma.. n-not to-today" bella stammered

it was one of the effects when coming from her coma. stuttering.

it wasnt permanent especially since she was going to speech therapy but she expressed how much she hated it

bella mom's rolled her eyes

now the house was full and charlotte shut the door without someone else trying to come in again

"everyone take off your shoes, please" charlotte said shyly
