AYNE'S POV
I can hardly open my eyes because of the light that shines through and as I surround my vision to the place, I see my brother sitting beside me, peeling apples in distress.
"Mat..." I murmured. He immediately wore his black tinted glasses and looked back. I saw how tears fell on his cheeks down to his chin. He always wears those glasses whenever he'll talk to me face to face because whenever I'll talk to someone and see their eyes my head hurts, and as I grow old it hurts so bad to the point that I can lose my consciousness.
"Sister!" he shouted and hugged me tightly but before he continued I cut him off.
"Where is he?" I said with a hoarse voice, and then coughed heavily. He stood up hastily and got me a bottle of water from the side table.
"Oh, Doc Joseph? He'll come–"
"No, not him."
"What do you mean? When I went here, Doc Joseph was the one I met." he confusingly answered.
"Did he say something about the person who brought me here?"
"None, also, I didn't ask about that due to nerve wracking, panic." while scratching his head, looking feeling bad, but I saw how his face changed, curious and confused, combined. "Wait? Another person? Anna?" Anna Crimsoft is my famous best friend since junior highschool who is still in Italy but about to go home. I just don't know when, she doesn't want to tell me. "Wait, she's a girl. you said he." and he looked at me shocked while covering his mouth with both of his hands. "And he brought you here?" he smilingly held both of my shoulders and shaked my body. "Who is that lucky person?" he stopped abruptly, "Wait." he standed looking strong, "How come someone brought you here?"
I looked at him seriously and sighed, "I'll tell you later!"
"But–"
"No buts. Faster!" I acted cute, forced. He looked at me in disgust and decided to walk.
He just scratched his head, irritably, "Damn it, I just want to know. Curiosity is killing me, argh" he loudly murmured and went out. I just laughed at him.
A few minutes, the door opened, Mat came together with Doc Joseph.
"How are you feeling, Ayne?" Doc Joseph gently asked as he walked closer to me.
"Feeling great!" I said while forcing myself to look happy, "Now, let me go out." as I offered my hands to him, instructing him to take out this needle off me while trying to get out of bed.
"I'm very sorry to say but we need to run some tests and observe you. It seems like it's getting frequent."
I looked at him in question, wrinkled forehead, but immediately looked away, I might look into his eyes.
"Your headaches," he answered. I was shocked, standing, "Mat told me that it keeps on getting worse. You didn't even tell me about that, Ayne."
I bowed my head, pouted, apologetic, "I forgot."
"Next time, tell me. Because we don't know yet what is happening within your brain, why it acts like that." he worriedly said.
I closed my eyes along with my fists, burdened by the guilt. "I'm just busy these past few days."
"I know but please refrain from keeping these incidents to me." not so reprimanding, he said.
He knows what my ability is. He signed a non-disclosure contract for my protection. Also, he is my mother's trusted friend. He knows my father but only met once because of an exemplary world of elites, birthday parties. It was my mother's birthday. Mom told me that they met during their college days. My mom was a nursing student back then, and met my father due to parents' company agreements. How tiring to hear these kind of stories, and even now it's happening to me, feels
"You need to stay here for 1 week for observation, then you may go." he said, strictly. I just nodded.
I know he knows what's best but my fate keeps on changing. I planned to hide but my world is in development and keeps on dragging me to the outside, unwarned and unprepared.

It's the third day already. And forced to sit in this wooden rocking chair brought by my insane brother just to tease me for being old. How come? Because I am here at the hospital crocheting. He thought it would be the best combination if I had the rocking chair.
"I told you it suits you well! HAHAHA." he laughs so hard that I find it so annoying. I threw the yellow couch pillow near me, bullseye, it got him in the head. I smirked and he shouted, "Yah!"
But after that, the door opens and a girl enters the room, dressed in an expensive checkered yellow and black knee length dress and white closed shoes, wearing a black sunglasses. Her black hair tied up at the back higher to her head. She walked towards me like walking on a runway or on a red carpet. She smirked and then opened her mouth, "Long time no see, Ayne."
Its Anna. She's back. My BESTfriend.
