"June...June!" I shouted her name, panting as I ran about in the darkness. There was no reply.

"June!" I desperately called out.

"Help..."

"JUNE!" I cried out, hearing her weak plea. "Where are you??"

The coat of darkness grew thicker, and all I could see was black. Her voice kept crying, but she was nowhere in sight.

"June...please tell me where you are..." I called out weakly as my feet grew heavier every step I took.

"Yuzuru...help..." Her voice started to fade off, and soon I was left alone in the dark.

"JUNE!" I jerked up and my eyes cringed at the sudden brightness. Eh?

I slowly opened my eyes and saw a white ceiling above me, the lights still switched on. A dream...thank God.

I tried to push myself up, wincing as the paralysing pain from my ankle sank in.

June was sitting in front of me, snoring gently as she slept in a less-than-glamorous position, her head facing up with her mouth slightly open.

Wait.

What time is it? I quickly took a glance at my watch. 7.15am.

I just-

I buried my face into my hands in mortified realisation.

I just spent the night at a girl's- at June's place.

June stirred and shifted her body slightly, still asleep. I tried to remove my leg resting on her lap slowly, the numbing pain still not dispersing. June suddenly shifted again, knocking against my ankle by accident.

"OW-"

June's eyes flew wide open, darting around in shock. Her gaze landed on me, staring at me silently for a while.

Her eyes widened, as if realising something. Same reaction, huh...

"Did you just-"

"I swear to God, nothing happened."

June's head dipped as a look of regret and embarrassment spread across her face, her ears turning red. She took a deep breath and turned to me, trying to hold her shock in.

"...Did I fall asleep?" June stared at my damp ankle, still slightly wet from the thawed ice pack.

"I think...so."

"Nothing happened."

"Nothing happened."

"Mm." June carefully shifted my foot onto the floor and stood up, shifting awkwardly.

"Morning practice will start soon..." I mumbled.

"Mm...let's go."

"Yeah."

"Remember, we MET at the JUNCTION."

"Yeah, yeah..." I chuckled as we entered the skating centre, June supporting me as I limped uncomfortably.
