We went inside me and Anna at the back as Miranda and Rosie walked ahead of us. They seems so disappointed in us especially me. As we reached in the foyer Aaron and Mason were coming out of the studio room. When they saw me they stopped, I instantly hid the bruised side of my face with my hairs.

"Why you all are so serious? Did something happened?" Mason asked us looking at each of us but no one said anything. Aaron on the other hand was only gazing at me. He took few steps towards me.

"I am going to my room" I said and stepped forward when Aaron grabbed my arm.

"What happened?" He asked me.

"Nothing happened. Leave my hand" I said looking away from him.

"Anna!" He boomed in warning and she betrayed me.

"Alzena had a fight with some girl but it wasn't her fault that girl was very rude and was being very disrespectful." She tried to defend me however she was telling the truth but my actions can't be justified.

"We are going back to do what we were supposed to do" Miranda said sternly giving a side glance to Anna who gulped fearfully. Rosie nods and steps towards me she took my other hand in hers.

"Put something on that bruise" she said and then they went off. Anna also ran behind them probably to defend me.

"What bruise..? Show me" he said moving my hairs away when I tried to move away from him he strengthen his grip on my arm hindering my movement.

"Don't move" he said. He looked at my bruise gently grazing my cheek.

"Woah it looks.. nasty" Mason said from behind him.

"You should have seen her" I told him proudly.

"Go bring the first aid kit" Aaron ordered him and Mason went to grab it.

"I don't need your help" I said to him his frown only deepens at my words.

"I know" he said and pulled me towards kitchen and sat me on the stool. Mason handed him the first aid kit.

"I gotta go now, take care of yourself kiddo. Its bad to fight" he said as if he is talking to a child, I rolled my eyes at him. He then went out leaving us alone.

He pushed all my hairs out of face and tucked them behind my ears. He looked at the bruise for a long moment then sighed and pulled out some ointment. He gently applied on my cheek, it stings but I control myself and closed my eyes not wanting to show him that it hurts.

"What happened?" He asked me gently, I opened my eyes to see him his sole attention was on the bruise.

"Nothing" I said looking away from him. He then looked at my arm as the scratch on caught his attention.

"Does it hurt?" He said applying the ointment on it.

"No" I said trying not to hiss.

"Princesses don't fight" he told me this time looking in my eyes.

"Well then I am not a princess" I said and he smiled slightly.

"But you are" he murmured slightly.

"I am sorry for yesterday, I know I am a very bad guy. I don't know what happened to me and I lose my temper, I am so sorry" he apologized. I didn't said anything in return.

"Please say something" he whispered.

"Don't ever talk to me like that again only them I will forgive you" I said.

"Okay" He said.

"I am sorry for your family, I didn't know.." I started but couldn't complete.

"It's okay" he said.

"Now can you please tell me what happened?" He asked.

"Uhmm that is a .. little embarassing" I said.

"Well I am all ears" he said.

"That girl was talking bad about you and your family so I couldn't hear it anymore and I just lashed out on her. In my defence she deserves it. She was judging without even knowing you" I scoffed at her. He smiled at me.

"Why are you smiling?" I asked annoyed at him.

"I have never seen someone fighting for me" he tells me.

"There are many rumours created by media. I have never been really bothered by them so I don't care" he said nonchalantly.

"But how can she..." I started but he stops me.

"Sshh no more talking you must be hungry, I will cook something for you" he said opening the fridge

"You can cook?" I asked shocked at the revelation.

"A little bit" he winked at me.

"Wow that's cool" I said.

"Can I help?" I asked.

"No you just sit there. You can watch me" he smirked.

"Sure" I laughed.

After half an hour he made my red sauce pasta and let me tell you it was ah-ma-zing. I didn't expect it to be that good but it turns out he is a professional chef. He told me his mother taught him to cook, they would spend time with each other while cooking. This was their way of bonding. I realized whenever he talks about his mother his eyes held so much happiness.

"What's going on?" A voice startled us.

I looked at the kitchen door to see a beautiful lady in a business suit, her hairs held in a sleek bun, her makeup neatly done. She looks sophisticated.

"Mom" Aaron said from beside me.

"Mom?" I asked, she looked so young. He stood and went to hug her.

"How Is my baby?" She asked him while hugging.

"I am good. How are you?" He asked her stepping away from her. He was beaming with happiness.

"I missed you" she said and then she looked at me.

"Who is this beautiful girl?" She asked while looking at my awkward self. I awkwardly waved at her.

"Hi.. I am Alzena" I told her and her smile widens.

"Oh so you are Alzena" she said eyeing Aaron who looked everywhere but at us.
