Weiss ran away from the group towards the docks. Ruby followed behind her, out of breath

Ruby: Weiss, what is the big deal? Who is it? Who is she?

The two stop and Weiss stares at the landing airship

Weiss: Winter!

A woman who looked like a more mature and formal Weiss walked down out of the airship. The woman that Weiss referred to as 'Winter' was followed by several Atlesian robots

Ruby: wait... your sister?

Weiss: Winter!

Winter focused her attention on Ruby and Weiss as they ran towards her

Weiss: Winter! I'm so happy to see you! Oh, your presence honours us

Weiss curtsied to show formality. Winter walked towards them while looking at her surroundings

Winter: Beacon, it's been a long time. The air feels... different

Ruby: I mean it is fall so it's probably colder...

Weiss sighed and punched Ruby's shoulder. Ruby fell down to her knees and her body tensed up

Weiss: so, what are you doing here?

Winter: classified

Weiss: oh right. Well, how long are you staying?

Winter: classified

Weiss: of course

There was a small moment of silence and Ruby looking around before she spoke

Ruby: well, this is nice... I think

Weiss: you're going to love it here! I know you travel a lot, but so much of Beacon is different from Atlas! Vale, too. The government and school are completely separate! Can you believe it? I-

Winter: I'm more than familiar with how this kingdom handles its bureaucracy. That is not why I came

Weiss: right! I'm sorry

Winter: nor did I come here to watch my own blood fail so miserably in battle. But it appears I have no choice in the matter

Weiss: but we won

Winter: only a novice would refer to that as a victory. I counted at least three strikes missed

Winter turned to the Atlesian robots behind her

Winter: leave us

The robots stepped back and Winter sighs

Winter: how have you been?

Weiss: oh splendid! Thank you for asking. I'm actually in the very top ranking of our sparring class. It's hard to stay ahead of my friends who are Dragon Slayers, but I think I've done well.

Winter (in head): there are Dragon Slayers here? That explains why Makarov is here
