The following is a fan-based story, all plots, concepts, themes, and characters are owned by their respective creators. I acknowledge that without the series; RWBY, Fairy Tail and Dragon Ball my story would not exist. Please support the creators of these shows by watching any or all of the original series.

Far from the habited lands, far from the safety of the kingdoms, was a land of pure chaos and darkness. The sun never showed its face in this land. Dark clouds made it impossible for clear light to enter. The land was covered in pools of shiny black sludge. Around the pools of sludges were large collections of purple crystals. From the sludges themselves, Grimm crawled from their depths

Several of these sludge pools were scattered throughout the land. Grimm would constantly crawl from them. A while away, a castle stood tall on an elevated plot of land. Within the castle, Mercury and Emerald watched from the windows of an open room the horror of what was being displayed. Behind them was a large table with most of the seats occupied

Cinder looked over her shoulder and snapped her fingers to get their attention. Mercury and Emerald turned around and moved to Cinder's side. Among the group on the table was a man with short hair, a moustache, and a navy-blue coat. The man looked at a scroll in his hand and paid no attention to the others

Another was a man with long-braided hair that knelt down while standing on his chair. The man looked around then gave a maniacal grin. A third was a slightly tanned male who sat asleep with his arms crossed. The slightly tanned male wore a mostly green outfit and had a beard. While Cinder waited for Emerald and Mercury to place themselves next to her, she shot a quick gaze at Atiass who stood with his back to the door and his arms crossed

Atiass smirked at her and pointed to both of his eyes to mock Cinder's injured eye. Cinder gritted her teeth as she temporarily lost her ability to speak, and therefore could only growl at him. Mercury placed himself next to Cinder's side, but Emerald pushed him aside to fill the gap in between them

Man with moustache: yes, yes, please keep your...

The man paused to re-adjust his tie

Man with moustache: posse... in check

Mercury clenched his fist and moved forward. Emerald placed a hand in front of him to stop him

Man with moustache: you hear that? Silence. I've half the mind to thank the little girl that bested you

Atiass: shut up, Watts. As much as I love mocking Cinder for her defeat, keep in mind that I'll only tolerate that annoying voice of yours so much

Atiass then fixated his gaze across the table to the man with the braided hair

Atiass: and stop staring at me with those crazy eyes Tyrian! God, it's like I'm surrounded by imbeciles!

Watts: perhaps you should sit down, or would you rather be... different

Atiass: careful, I haven't had a meal in a while. And while she's not around, I'm sure everyone can just write you off as an accident waiting to happen

Watts glared and Atiass and he continued his mocking smirk. Tyrian gave a maniacal laugh and gained Cinder's attention

Tyrian: you know, if I were you, I'd hunt her down... find her, and... well... she took YOUR eye, didn't she?

Tyrian began laughing uncontrollably while Cinder glared at him

Atiass: pfft. Don't give her any ideas. She'll actually go out and do it... only to lose her other eye, or better yet, her life

Cinder grew angry at their remarks and tried to speak. She began moving her mouth, but no sound came out. Only a half-gasp at the end. Accepting her failure, Cinder leaned into Emerald and whispered what she could to her
