The tour lasted little over forty-five minutes, meaning by the end, there was still half an hour for Y/N to get some lunch.
He didn't feel particularly hungry, but decided to head to the cafeteria anyway to have a better look at it - they'd only briefly stopped at the room because of its crowdedness.
Most of the tour had gone straight over the teen's head. U.A High was actually similar to many other schools, with average looking classrooms and offices. It had some differences, and obviously the use of quirks made it different, but it wasn't entirely alien.
One of the most surprising things was him finding out that U.A students were just like everybody else. Besides the visible quirks that some of them had, they all acted similar to normal teens.
After saying goodbye to Nezu, he headed for the cafeteria, getting lost just about immediately.
Just his luck that some students noticed how confused he looked, and pointed him in the right direction with teasing smiles.

Once Y/N arrived at the cafeteria, everybody had already got their food and sat down, leaving a short queue. He joined the line, making his way slowly towards the counter.
He fiddled with the money in his pocket, unsure of whether he would have to pay for it or not - it was a rich school, so there was always the chance meals would be free.
The server (a guy wearing a full face mask with a breathing tube attached) seemed friendly enough, giving Y/N a thumbs up as he served him a tray with a bowl of miso soup, some rice with natto beans, and some gyoza on the side.
Y/N took the plate alongside some cutlery, thanking the lunch assistant, and walked away from the counter. He didn't know anybody in the room - all the tables were filled by students of all ages.
He spotted a tuft of spiky green hair at a table, next to a unique hairstyle of red and white. "Wait, is that...?" The teen could remember both Izuku Midoriya and Shoto Todoroki from his small amounts of research, and headed over to the table they sat at with his tray.
Y/N stopped a few steps away from their table, breathing a few times and putting an impish smile onto his face before plonking himself down next to Midoriya.
The green-haired boy immediately blushed red, shuffling a bit away from his surprise visitor.
The sudden appearance of a new boy, one who wasn't dressed in uniform, was enough to make all eyes on the table focus on him. Y/N glanced round the table, trying to match the faces with the ones he had found online. Actually, nearly all of Class 1-A is here! The boy thought to himself. I should probably introduce myself - they're looking at me like I've got three heads.
He gave a small wave. "Hey."
A blond spiky-haired boy sat at the far end of the table, whom Y/N immediately recognised as Katsuki Bakugo. He was glaring at Y/N with both curiosity and hate, and Y/N immediately felt a bit defensive.
"By the way, why's Sonic the Hedgehog over there looking at me so weirdly?" All the eyes turned to Bakugo, who flushed red with anger.
"You little..." The furious teen raised one of his hands threateningly, throwing off a few small explosions.
"Really, you do look kinda like him. Same hair, you know?" Y/N gestured to his spiky hair, a smile on his face. But at the same time, the teen was gathering information on his quirk.
Bakugo slammed the table and stood up, making Y/N sigh. "I'm kidding man, just sit down."
The eyes returned to him. Most of them with confusion flashing in them.
A tall boy with glasses spoke first. "My name is Tenya Iida, and I am the class representative for Class 1-A." He spoke with a polite and cool tone, making Y/N instantly take a liking to him. "Who might you be?"
Y/N laughed, taking a spoon of his soup. "I'm Y/N, and I'm the twenty-first student in you guys' class." He grinned at their varied expressions, using his chopsticks to pick up a gyoza and stuff it in his mouth.
Midoriya gave him a shy smile. "That's... great and all, but are you sure you've got the right class? I thought we were capped at 20 people."
He glanced at the table, freckled cheeks red. Y/N chuckled at his timid demeanour, placing a hand on the green-haired boy's back and making him flush even more. "I'm pretty sure they made an exception for me."
Iida looked slightly sceptical. "Do you have your student ID on you?"
Y/N nodded, pulling out his plastic ID and showing it to the class. They all simultaneously leaned forward to see it, Iida frowning slightly.
"Why is half your information confidential?"
Y/N shrugged casually. "I was put in here by order of the World Heroes Organisation." He ignored the shocked gasps of his classmates. "I guess they thought I would make a good hero?"
A wide grin spread across his face, the classmates interpreting it completely wrongly as excitement to be a hero. Inside of Y/N's head, it was more along the lines of-
I just had to pay those corrupt bastards. HAHAHHAAAAAAA! It wasn't exactly an evil villain laugh like the ones some Sith lord would do, but it was pretty close. Y/N snorted at the idea of himself wearing some black robes and a hood.
He started to properly eat his food, doing his best to avoid the many students that were staring at him.
Y/N groaned internally. Probably shouldn't have worn a leather jacket to a school.
