*Third Person's POV*
"Ultron took you folks out of play to buy himself time." Fury started as everyone gathered around. Astryd was following Lila as she place her drawing on the table in front of Nat.
Astryd sat beside Nat and opposite Enrique, listening to Fury's discussions.
"My contacts all say he's building something. The amount of vibranium he made off with, I don't think it's just one thing." Nick said turning to see the team. Astryd is just listening but her thought was somewhere. She is sleepy.
"What about Ultron himself?" Steve asked.
"Oh, he's easy to track. He's everywhere. The guy is multiplying faster than a Catholic rabbit. It still doesn't help us get an angle on any of his plans, though." Nick added.
Tony was playing darts. "Is he still going after launch codes?" He asked, throwing a dart.
"Yes, he is." Fury responded. "But he's not making any headway."
"I cracked the Pentagon's firewall in high school on a dare," Tony said, trying to imply something.
Astryd snorted as Tony, pointed at her.
"Well, I contacted our friends at the Nexus about that." Fury informed.
"Nexus?" Steve inquired.
"It's the world Internet hub in Oslo." Astryd identified.
"Every byte of data flows through there," Bruce added to the information. "Fastest access on Earth."
"So, what did they say?" Clint queries, prepping his dart.
"He's fixated on the missiles. But the codes are constantly being changed." Fury said.
"By whom?" Astryd asked in confusion.
"Parties unknown." Fury responded flatly.
"Do we have an ally?" Nat guessed.
"Ultron's got an enemy. That's not the same thing." Fury cleared. "Still, I'd pay folding money to know who it is."
Because of boredom, Astryd took Lila's drawing in front of Natasha.
"Earlier that's a worm but then it became a butterfly." She said to Enrique. They both giggled. But this is better than what you draw." She laughed. Bruce wall towards them to see it. Like he was studying it as his brows furrowed with his thoughts.
"I might need to visit Oslo. Find our unknown." Tony suggested.
"Well, this is good times, boss, but I was kind of hoping when I saw you, you'd have more than that." Nat talked to Nick.
"I do. I have you." Nick said, gesturing to the team. "Back in the day, I had eyes everywhere. Ears, everywhere else. You kids had all the tech you could dream up. Here we all are, back on Earth, with nothing but our wit and our will to save the world." Nick stated with encouragement as a former director of shield, he knows how to handle this team together. " Ultron says the Avengers are the only thing between and his mission. And whether or not he admits it, his mission is global destruction." Fury said as he stared at Astryd. "Plus you, all this, laid in a grave. So stand."
