Max's pov
TW: PANIC ATTACKS

After breakfast with Steve & robin
I went back up to the guest room.

I decided on a black  sweater
and some blue jeans with my
black converse.

After I got ready I brushed my
ginger hair so that it untangled.
My hair fell to my shoulders
as I finished brushing it.

I went back to the main room
and sat on my bed.I was listening
to music when I heard from downstairs
Wills on the phone for me.

Will
We are meeting at mikes house
if your coming Meet in 10.

Max
I guess I'll come

I place the phone back on the receiver grabbed
my skateboard near the guest bedroom
door and walked out. I walked into the kitchen
and see Steve and Robin about to leave.

"Hey uhm I'm going to Mikes" I say.
"Okay we have to go to work so if you need
to leave come to the mall"Steve's says.
"Okay" I say and head out the door.

I put on my headphones and headed
to mikes house. I know Lucas will be
there and there will be some awkward
silence between us but like Steve said
I can come to the mall if I need to.

I make it to the wheelers residence
And hop of my skateboard and walk
to the front door. I knock and I see the
door open and here laughter. I look up
And see the one and only, Lucas Sinclair.

"Fuck" I silently curse. "Hey" I say,
"Hi Maxi-" he starts. "It's Max"  I say
and push past him. I walk down to
The basement and see the rest of
The party sitting around talking.

I walk down the steps which
seems like forever till I make it
to the last creaky step. I hug myself
as I stand at the last step. I see Will,
Mike, Dustin all turned towards me.

"MAXXX" they all yell. "Hi" I say
back sounding a bit dead. After that
I hear Lucas walking down the steps
And I quickly make it over to the couch.

"So uh what do you guys wanna do" Mike
Says. "You house, your choice" Lucas says.
I see Lucas's eyes travel from Mikes way
to mine. But I keep my eyes away.

After awhile they couldn't decided what to
do so I got bored and put in my headphones.
I played the song "Head over heels"by tears for fears. I was so into the song that I didn't hear Will call my name.

Lucas came and tapped my shoulder and I froze. I paused my music giving Lucas
And what the hell look as he motions
towards will. I look over at will and
See him looking at me.

I roll my eyes and say," what?".
"I've been calling you for the past
minute" "what's up with you?" Will
says sounding concerned.

"Nothing" I mumble keeping my eyes
away from Lucas." Your being all quiet
and to your self"Dustin adds on to wills
Observation.

" I'm fine guys just uh...tired!"I half lie
to them. The seem to not believe
it and continue on." If something is
going on you can tell us Max" Mike adds.

"It's nothing okay" I mumble back. I get
up and feel dizzy. I got up to quickly
I squeeze my eyes shut until i feel
The dizziness go away .

"I think I'm gonna go " I say
to them as I head for the stairs.
"Max wait" Will says. I silently
curse and turn around.

"Yes?" I say trying to block
back the pounding headache
And the lump in my throat.

"We are going to Starcourt do
you wanna come?" Wills says.
I froze. That's where I'm going.
Holy shit what am I gonna do.

"Uh no thanks,uh I feel a bit
Dizzy right now" I say slowly.
"Max you look really pale" Lucas
Says. "Uh I gotta go. I dash up
the stairs and out the front door.

I hop on my skateboard and skate
as fast as I can away from the house.
I currently feel horrible and I need to make
it to scoops ahoy.

I make it to the mall and run To
the scoops ahoy.I walk up to the
counter and see Robin. "Hey uh
the boys are coming here soon and
I got uncomfortable at the house and
I have this massive headache and they
said I'm pale" I say as my breath shortens.

"Max calm down" Robi says noticing
something's wrong. I suddenly feel
very shaky and my hands are shaking
like crazy.My mouth goes dry and I feel the
Air leaving my lungs but never coming back in.

Robin brings me to the back room where
I see a frightened Steve staring at me. "Max
Your having a panic attack and i need you to
focus on your breathing." Robin says to me.

"Close you eyes and focus on your breathing"
Robin says. I close my eyes and focus on
My breathing as best as I can and soon enough, it was over." I slowly open my eyes to see
Steve with a bottle of water for me.

As I drink some of the water Steve asks
me some things. " Max is this the first time
You have had a panic attack?" I freeze up
and lie.

"uh yea" I say lying. "Max" Steve says.
"Fine this isn't the first time" I say staring a anything but Steve's pity in his eyes." I don't
need your pity steve" I say still focusing on
The oh so interesting floor.

"Max you can tell me theses things"
Steve says."And I'm hear for you"" Robin says.
" I'm really sorry you have to deal with me"
I say tearing up a bit. "Hey no no no it's okay"
Steve says.

We all started to talk some more
until when Heard those 4 voices.
Dustin, Mike, Will, and Lucas.
