It looks like another day. Anastasia just left for work, Nick is showering, George finished streaming and Clay is cuddling with his cat.

George comes out of the bedroom and stretches. His back is killing him, he really needs to check his posture every once in a while doing long livestreams.

"Done?" Clay sits up, which angers the cat sleeping on his chest. And whatever Patches wants, she gets. Clay leans back down.

"Yeah, it was stressing," George laughs softly.

"Sorry I didn't join," one could see on the blonde's face why he didn't join. His eyes were bloodshot.

"It's okay, you streamed for 6 hours yesterday," George shakes his head, "and you had almost 10K viewers too, that might've been stressing."

They all are having a hard time wrapping their heads around the fact that their viewcount multiplied in just a month. And it affected Clay the most; firstly because his mental health was in shambles to begin with, and secondly, he seems to be growing faster than his friends.

"Yeah, it's fucking terrifying," Clay rubs his eyes, "I would probably choke if I used a facecam."

That leads up to an important topic. George and Nick are leaving in a day to meet up with a friend. And since Clay's face is unknown to their audience, he refuses to leave the house.

"Are you sure you don't wanna come?" George asks, "nobody's gonna recognize us."

"No, I'm good," Clay shakes his head, "have fun though."

George understands the situation. He makes sure to keep Clay in his comfort zone. But there's something that's been bothering him.

"Don't be rude to her, okay?" His brown eyes are full of hope. George wants to trust his friend, "It's just a day, try to be nice, we'll be back soon."

Clay sighs immediately and smacks his mouth in annoyance. He wholeheartedly despises this topic.

"I'm never rude to her, we barely talk."

Clay's right, but he's also lying. They barely talk, but whenever they talk, he's rude to her.

"And don't you think about trying to tell her-" George warns.

"Why would I tell her? It's none of my business," Clay shrugs.

George wants to believe him. They're friends, right? It's just a small favor, it's not that hard to keep his mouth shut for a day.

"I'll tell her eventually. It's just now is a critical time for our careers and I want to focus on that and telling her will make-"

"George!" Clay gets up, cutting him off, "I don't care. Do whatever you want to, whenever you want to, I don't give a fuck."

It would be nice if the conversation ended on that. But George stops Clay with another warning - a threat this time.

"If I catch you having a problem with Anastasia, you're gonna have a problem with me."

Running his fingers through his dirty blonde hair, he laughs at what the older guy said.

Clay's laugh is scary, it's not a genuine one. It's more threatening than George's words.

"You don't want to have a problem with me, buddy," Clay smirks, "trust me, you don't."

And George doesn't know how to react. He knows Clay's right, but he wasn't lying as well. The only thing keeping both their trust levels at a reasonable level is the fact that they're friends - brothers, and Anastasia is just a girl they met a month ago.

And as long as they keep that in their minds, everything will be okay.
